I was booking 2Tickets katni to bhopal in tatkal cota my money was debited to irctc and tickets are not booked even, in my irctc id there is a notification " your transition is failed, tickets not booked." But irctc has taken my money from State Bank of India account. WorTh of 844 Rs.
