Assistanto career has made me to pay 236000rupees to them by guaranting job at landgroup group dubai which i have payed in 3months. I have been waiting for the job for last 5months and nothing was given by them. I have informed them to cancel the application and refund my money and still they haven't done yet and is not telling a specific time period when my money will be refunded.
I hereby humbly request the concerned authorities...

They are in the process to make hard earned from the candidate who seeks the job or change the job by making fake assurance of job & interview. I was a victim of this company where i don't know from where did they get my profile probably from naukri.com where am registered user and was actively looking for job. I got a call from this guy who assured me that they have an opening suitable to my profile and they can arrange assured interview and for that i need to do the registration. After registration which cost me approx 5800 inr, i have been asked to purchase another services of 19500 inr and this was for assured interview and call letter from the company. After having much discussion i agreed to pay and have paid this thru credit card and they arranged fake interview call over phone which i immediately realised after that. Then i have been asked to pay for another 60000 inr for appointment letter which i clearly denied and approached them for refund as initially i have been promised that all these amounts are refundable but they didn't turned up. Lots of follow up has been done but it seems they people have taken it granted. The day when i incurred this amount of approx of 25000 inr i had approached my banker also to stop the payment but nothing has been happened and that dispute is separately going with my banker. Request you to support us as it was my hard earned money which they people have simply taken it and more surprisingly this company is still running and don't know how many other candidate like us has been made fool so far.

I had received a call from assisto career and then they have told me to register on payment. I did and then under various codes they collected money close to amount rs 1, 62000.
For a job placement in mumbai itc.

I have recorded all the calls and mr aman shrivastav has been conforming that i will be given the job and.
But today neither he is picking up calls nor has he reponded to my calls.

My money is lost and i request consumer forum to strongly take action against the same.
I have the phone number of aman shrivastav and request you to please do the needfull.

I have all the recordings of the conversation that has been undertaken.

I have paid Rs.6023/- on 25th Dec. 2018 transaction Code: 929229, where they have assured arrangement of job interview till date nothing has been done so far. Please take strong action against this fraud job consultant so that in future other job seekers don't get cheated. I have also send my complain to consumer forum but no action has been taken so far.

Query – customer may not get call from assisto careers after getting huge amount from the candidates. Query – after paying huge amount of money and on following-up for only interview call, assisto career scolded by one of their senior person and threatening candidate to pay further huge amount of money with no time limit as a last minute surprise for getting the offer failing of which, the offer from the company will be withdrawn and the huge amount paid by him. It appears assisto careers is governing the private companies spreaded all over in india.

· we must inform our customers about the channels to escalate their complaints, concerns and grievances within assisto career and their legal rights, if they are not satisfied with the resolution of their matter.

Query – on going through the web site that there are lot of people, who are not satisfied with assisto careers service and had been paid more than lacs of rupees paid to assistro career portal not getting offer. Shall i know what remedies assisto careers have made for those candidates.

Query – then why the candidate paid money are not getting job offer since he paid lot of money more than a month ago; also he informed your company higher-ups are asking him / black-mailing him for more money failing of which company offer shall be withdrawn and his huge money will also not be refunded. Yesterday I got call from assisto career .Some Ms. Sheetal talked to me and said to register by paying Rs. 6035 and they will provide me an ID for registration and interviews will be arranged.Today some Mr. Vikrant from HR dept. talke and told that your resume will be verified and you have to pay some 8800Rs.+tax which is efundable after you accept the job.I doubted thir motives and asked for verification he disconnect the call .Again i tried to contact and this time some Mr. Srivastav tried to convince me for the same without resolving my doubts.SO I seroiusly feel that this is a ake compan and taking advantage of job seekers.This is a serious crime and had to be punished.

So many time I got call from Assisto career. Some time Pune some time from Bangalore. When I was asking in Bangalore do you have any office other thank Bangalore. They are telling only Bangalore. When I was call to Pune in same word and they told me only Pune. After than I told both of them pls. send me your official address as contract details and same time disconnect the line.

This is gopinath again, today (07th may 2019) i have received a call from this number [protected] named himself mr. Deepak, and asking for complaint which i had given on consumer complaints forum, he told me that he would refund my amount back to take back my complaint, i told him that i paid 51k, he told me total 51k transaction is not possible so he would transfer 5k each, for that he was asking about my card details for confirmation, in addition to this he asked about my cvv and also otp, this is ridiculous, he was sending money to me then y he need all those details, again they are trying to cheat me, here i am adding some pictures that again he was taking money from my account, now he is not disconnecting my call, here so many people are looking for abroad opportunity and these king of cheating people are trying to make money and they are looting us like anything, i believe this consumer complaints forum so i am placing all these details, please help us how many people are looted by such cheaters, in this case how do we believe which genuine and which is not, so please take action on this and help us to get back our hard earn money.

I had call from this site named mr. Alok sing contact number is [protected], for better career he asked me to reg, amount is around 6k, later previous employment verification charged 7457/-, educational - 12033/-, visual resume+ sr. Level+current employment verification - 18, 644/- and said no other payments, but again asking money for confirmation and this time it is 61000/- they are deceptive and hiding things, i told to cancel my process and return back my money and they are refusing for that, they dont have any office address in site. I recieved a call from assisto career based in delhi ncr. Over telcon they asked for payment and gave some companies name stating that i would receive interview call within a week.in different transactions i made payment of 14000 rs. After a day (After paying 14000 rs) they said i have pass a test also and test is general aptitude test and then they will inform me further details. I gave test and test was fake. All were case study base where you can never judge anyone. I still gave test and later they asked me more 30000 rs. Which i refused to pay and asked them to refund my amount but now they are not attending my call nor they are replying on emails. I have all receipts with me.

R s bhadoria from kanpur - before one month i received a call from assisto career mis sweta was there she ensured me 100% assurance for the selection in a mnc - she told me to deposit fees for registration + verification +share for online test and robbed 25000 rs - from me i have all receipts & audio clips. Now no one is responding and all the numbers are switched off

Entered into a dialogue for promising jobs after claiming that they are franchise of naukri.com and would help to find a consultancy job after picking up bits and pieces of my cv from sites.
There was a preliminary interview with lower level staff. (Phone nos received call +[protected] and had 3 persons 1. Robin desai. 2. Joseph and 3. Manish kumar a senior manager.
It was only a while ago when the so called senior manager was having a 3rd tier interview i had crossed and abruptly stopped as he was also forcefully guiding me to the payment portal as registration charges or some vague matters.
After sweet and un assuming mannerisms, lead me to a payment mode as fees for visibility of my profile and charged me rs. 6023 and 10141 (Through online net banking, transaction of sbi (Sabpaisa.in) and the recipient in both cases was. Aeqroqh info systems (Opc) private limited. (Proof can be given as receipts.
When i had a feeling that i am being fleeced, checked the web and found that lot of fraud cases were reported against this organization and some of them have already been on the consumer complaints forum.
So with positive hope, i am putting my case too for a suitable redressal to book the organization for fraudulent means of misguiding and conning prospective job seekers, in the name of jobs/careers.

Received a call fro assisto career company by offering a jobs if i register with the company. I registered by paying rs 6020. After registration again i received call from mr amon sreevastava for providing job in a company in hyderabad if i pay some amount. I paid the same. Again received call for paying amount for arranging interview. Againi paid the amount. Assisto career is giving fraud calls and taking moneyin the name of registration.

This company is cheeting people by falls promises. Stringent action is required on this company.

Kindly inform ciber crime department to stop further cheeting and arrest the amon sreevastava immediatly.

Received call from assisto career for registration and i registered. After registration again i received a call from mr amon sreevastava for arranging for interview in a company if i pay some amount and will give some interview code. I paid the amount. Again i received a call for some more money. I paid the same. After that he is not lifting the call.

It is a big fraud company. Kindly take action against the company and the team behind the bar.

They are cheeting many unemployed people.
