I have submitted a letter on 27 Jan 2012 with all supporting document regarding re issue of gas which was stop by you due to non issue of gas within a period of six month as per rule. But till date no action has been taken from you end due to which we face a lot of problem.
So please take necessary action as earliest.

DELIVERY OF EXPAIRED GAS CYLINDERS
M/S ASSOCIATE INDANE GAS AGENCY, FM CIRCLE, BALASORE, ORISSA is repeatedly delivering expaired gas cylinders, and after several complaints, he is not replacing these cylinders. Rather he is telling, do what ever you want to do, we cannot replace it.
