This is cheater company. Cheated more than 10 lakhs rupees from all over West Bengal team. Kindly all people's drop your contact number who cheated by Atharv Org. We will file a PIL in supreme Court from all over India.

On dated 24th July 2018 I have wrote a complain against Mr.Ghanashyam Tiwari, Director of Atharv Welfare Society, Lucknow, who have received the Amount Rs.75000/- from 25 nos person(each 3000/-) at Odisha through by DD in last April 18.but till now this Org has not started his project at Odisha and not refund the DD amount.So now the position is very critical situation.Org has got the permission from Ayush Dept for his health project.I have kept all the supporting document and also sent all document in last complain.I hope you must help me for release the DD amount.I requested to you that if you send me your mail id then i can share all the matter and document.

Please file a complaint with commissioner of Police of your district with a copy letter to Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi. I beleive that they will difinitely solve the problem and investigate this fraud.

Yes they are cheaters making fool to all.
They train team how to cheat.
atharav welfare society are not giving my money rs. 35000/-
they are taking the money from people in the name of medicine distribution and not giving proper material for distribution

Atharv welfare society is a ngo, in lucknow, mr. Ghanashyam tiwari is the director. This is ajeet mohapatra, i have appointed zonal head in feb 2018,
As per org (Atharv) instruction, i have made 25 nos a team and collected the dd per each 3000/-, total amount rs.75000/- behalf on atharv, dd made favor of atharv and payable at lucknow. On dt 12.4.18 i have sent all the original dd to atharv at lucknow through by speed post vide no-e[protected]n.
But till now atharv is not started his project because atharv has not getting the permission from odisha govt. Four month ago either atharv has started or return that amount. Now team member wanting their amount. Team member
Threatening me if i will not return that amount then they will take legal action against me. Several times i request to atharv return this amount but atharv not take serious. I am fully mental tension about this issue.
I hope that you must help me and release me for this issue.

Dear Ajeet,
You should have access properly.Atharv was talking to me since long.The same offer was given to me.And i have accessed them first by asking the authorization letter from Govt of oriisa.Because this is related to health and very delicate issues.
Well taking money, the reason behind is that, you or village coordinator may sell the medicine outside market, thats why they take money as a security.And i think it is also refunable.
Only the issue is you need to have two letters.One is from Deptt of Auysh, Govt of India, as they were saying the deptt of Auysh has authorised them and secondly the state where you will work, they should Authorise Atharav to distubute there medicines in Orissa state.
