My conusmer no. 06155, rama chandra khandai, i have booked the gas cylinder from atharva indane gas, sanpada at 23th march 2020 and one delivery boy called me at 1st april and said me to recieve my order which is way far from my home approx 5 kms away from my home and it's not possible to recieve the order in this lockdown days and when we said to come to the destination to give our order then the delivery boy misguided us and shown us rude...

Av6155 is the consumer number. I have booked the gas in 21th jan 2020 but it's not delivered till yet. After calling to the office they are assuring today and tomorrow to give the delivery but still didn't recieve. If complain is not resolved in first half i will escalate to the higher authority for your neglegence.
