Money not refunded when the company shutdown

I also added 3000 in athomediva account when the company shutdown and haven't received any mail back ever since.

partial refund at shut down

I had approximately 1600 balance in my wallet in athome diva application before it's shut down which was in december 2019 where i have received the message for discontinuing their services in our location.
They have refunded to my given bank account approx 1000 only and as we are not allowed to open the app so we don't have any evidence.
We have not received any proper response for this partial refund.

refund is pending
The company has closed it's service in December and informed through message to share bank details for refund of wallet amount.As soon as we submit the form the refund process will start and will happen within 3weeks it's been more than that and we haven't got the refund or any update on this.
Many customers have complained but no positive response from saloon.I would request to take strong action on this

booked service not provided and not refunded payment

Diva customer care a mail to refund me back the cash credits in my account. After a lot of mails exchange they agreed to do the refund and asked me to share the bank details which i did. And now it has been more than 3 months and i haven't received the refund and they are also not replying back to my mails. Please help me get my money back from athome diva.

I received mail fromAt home diva asking me to enter bank details. But even after repeated updates, I didn’t recieve Rs.13, 449 till date.

didn't get my refund after athomediva shutdown.

The app athomediva by quikr is not working for me. Firstly it displayed that there are some technical issues with the app which is temporary.
Now it says services are discontinued in my area. I have dropped several mails to the team. There is no reply.
Few days before shutdown, they had launched a scheme, where if we deposit 7000 rs, then they will put 10000rs in our wallet and provide services of 10000rs. We took the scheme in dec first week. Just few days after taking this scheme, athomediva stopped it's services.
Now it says services are discontinued in my area. I have dropped several mails to the team. There is no reply.

I have submitted my bank details thrice now, I have not received any refund. I just got a text from athomediva saying my bank details were incorrect, It wasn't incorrect though still, I submitted again. Now its been more than a month but there is no update from them. I sent them an mail but they just don't reply.

I have almost 4000 in my AtHomeDiva Wallet and i see the service is discontinued in my area. I am following up for my money to refund however no reply. I have updated my account details as well as sent mail to AtHomeDiva however no response untill now. Please get my money refunded asap. Another point if the service was about to discontinue why did they ask me to top up the wallet. This is completely cheating from the company.

improper calculation of gst on bill amount

I have availed a service from AtHomeDiva a Quikr company and my Bill Amount is Rs. 660, + 18% GST which is calculated as Rs.289 which is wrong.
when i spoke to their customer service, they mentioned that the cost of service is Rs. 1603 which is discounted to Rs. 660. But as a customer, I have to pay the tax for the full price.
As a consumer, I can pay tax for the amount that I spend and not for the undiscounted amount the vendor charges.
Please let me know if this is the right business practice or not. And request a refund for the correct TAX amount deducted

Athomediva services are blocked. There number is blocked. There app is blocked they have stole my money too. I have send an email also but didn't get any response. no response from anywhere . Please help me to get my money back

I am writing very strongly against at home diva, bangalore. I opted the first service in the month of dec 2017 and i found the service for waxing, pedicure, manicure, facial good. Hence i added 4000 in their wallet to get additional 2000rs.
Now i very happily booked for their second service (12feb18) and damn that was horrible. Untrained beautician came for waxing and pedicure. She didn’t got waxing stripes which i gave her from my stock.
She did a deep cut while doing pedicure near my thumb which took around a month to get heal.
Now with this bad experience i did not wanted to go ahead with their service but thought may be this was just a case and i booked their service for the 3rd time.
And surprisingly this time, this was the havoc.
She completely ruined my eyebrow, when i asked her you can leave and don’t do waxing and pedicure as i am scared how you will do as simple threading you don’t know, she started crying, mam please meri job chali jaegi aisa mat karo… (Don’t do this mam, my job will be gone)…. So i tried tokeep calm and she did waxing and pedicure. Again she dint do waxing properly and my skin was so badly bruised with marks all over. I had the worst, the most nightmarish experience with their staff who did the waxing. It was extremely painful, very badly executed.
I had to rush to the nearby parlor to get my eyebrows fixed properly back to shape.
I had to go to wedding function for my sister and instead of being happy i was in stress coz of my marks all over my hand due to bad waxing experience and ugly eyebrows.
I sincerely urge this complaint forum to take a strict action against athome diva & the therapist in question who just did not cause physical, but mental stress to me as well
Guys, let me know will consumer court help me in this? I want a compensation fee + entire reimbursement of my bill.
