I am ankur dixit worked as a corporate trainer on behalf of aurelius

Client location yash technology (Level-7, tower 15, cybercity, magarpatta city,
Hadapsar, pune, maharashtra 411028) 2 months back.
As per the agreement between both the parties (I & aurelious), i should recieve
My renumeration within 7-15 days (Agreement is submitted for reference),
I have completed the training on time but still for the last 2 months i am not
Getting my renumeration shows "breach of agreed terms and conditions" as per
The signed agreement.
I have sent them 32 mails as a follow-up regarding my renumeration (I can also
Present them as a proof) but still didn't recieved my renumeration.
2 days back when i called the concern person durgesh (From procurement dept.), he
Started threating me & used abused language, stating not to release my renumeration,
Do what ever you can, like this...
Now i feel helpless, in the starting days they used to tell will credit today/tomorrow.
It was very difficult to manage without renumeration.
I can also share my call details, which shows how many times i called the aurelious
People but they refused to pick-up my phone.
Sir, its my request to you to help me in getting my renumeration which i have
Earned with lots of hard work. As i was tortured a lot by them mentaly & financially
Which is againsed the labor law.
You are requested to kindly register the complaint and give me an attested copy of
This complaint so that i can share the same with client yash technology to block
The organization (Aurelious) and prevent potential abuse of some other candidate.
I shall be obliged if you kindly take action to recover my remueration.

Aurelius is a Fraud company and does not pay remuneration to trainers. This is their business model and hence are able to generate a huge revenue without paying to contractual employees or trainers.
As per the agreement between both the parties(Mr Mukesh from Aurelius and I), I should receive my remuneration within 15 days. I have completed the training on time with good ratings but they never pay they trainer.. It is very unfortunate that big corporate in IT are picking this dubious company as their training partners.
They keep on delaying the invoice processing and say that the procurement team is processing the invoice and once they have are fed up with you Mr Durgesh ( other posts also site similar incidents) will keep on threatening you.
Such a shameful and untrustworthy company to work with. Beware if they can do fraud to trainers, employee ( they don't get paid for their services in Aurelius as well), I wonder they can do fraud to Corporate as well. Never to trust Aurelius. They had made fortune by not paying their contractual employees and trainer. Such a shame
