I search a part time job. Avi enterprise call me for job. They gave me 10000 captcha to fill. They gave me aap for working. After 2..3 day they told me that there is another feature in app auto mation. This feature help me for filling captcha and also this feature correct all incorrect captchas automatically.. And for this feature i have to pay 2000 rupees. After 10 days i call on there no or this commany but call not answered.. App was automatically stop. I leave that work because company was not answering my phone calls.. After 3 months company call me that told me that tere is a agreement and i have to pay near about 12000 rupees for that otherwise thay will see me in court… help me plz.. Than i search in google.. I saw that it is a fraud company.. Plz help me to come out from this matter

I already posted complaint against Avi enterprise as it is fake company and they just loot people. My complaint was resolved earlier. But now they are sending messages and mails and threatening me for court case. I am attaching it below. Please help me....

They are running very big schame they are threatening me and everyone who started working in that company. They are calling again and again as a fake advocate using different numbers continuesly. And threatening to send legal notice against me if ill not pay money. I'm attaching there numbers with this complaint kindly take legal action against them. They are also calling as a consumer complaint forum and asking to mark the complainant as resolved so that no action could be taken against them. They are seriously a peace of #.

These all are fake names they are using in truecaller and 100s of people have reported there numbers as spam

Kindly take legal action against them cause they are fooling poor innocent peoples.

There work ki to tought cant be completed in 10 days then after they started blackmailing me to pay the 6900 amount if i will not do then they will send for court notice plzz help mee

Searched part time job on quikkr app and next day i got messages in my watsapp. They told me about captacha filling work and made a agreement from agreement software, i don't know about the agreement they haven't told me. I attached some screenshots of agreement software, mac2app (Captcha filling app), and watsapp messages. I start doing the work but there sever was not working... I waited for w days and i call and message them on watsapp but they didn't respond. I searched their company name (Avi enterprises) on google but i got nothing related them. They register me on 21-03-20 and till today[protected] they didn't call me back. They send me a message on 24 may 2020 and asking me a sum of rs.8950 to pay within 1 hour.
I don't have money to pay them it was a time of lockdown also. Now they had send me a legal notice to pay 6900+ 3500 within a week the person with whom i had conversation said you do the work, there is no harm if you don't complete your work. Please help me... I don't have much income... I am earning my daily work.

I searched part time jobs in quikkr jobs and i came across a company called avi enterprise. They were providing captcha filling job where i have to fill 10000 capchas in 10 days. I started my work from[protected]. I filled 1500 capchas in 2 days. The task was given on the app mac2cap. Then my internet services were shut down for some days. I tried to call and message their people but nobody responded. I still did the task for some days but no response was received by me from them. I checked their website on the internet but nothing was found. Now, after 2 months they suddenly ask to pay the penalty amount where they didn't reached me when i asked for help. They are also threatening me to take legal actions against me. Please help

I contacted, they replied that there is fill in captcha work and i have to fill in 10, 000 captchas in10 days with 90% accuracy. They send me an online form to fill where in a fraud way they got me signed in a form with my signature wherein i have agreed to pay them rs5100 if i don't attain 90% accuracy. I started the work, within 4-5 days, they showed my errors have crossed 2000. Now, they are calling me and threatening to pay the amount and sending whatsapp messages to pay the due amount. Please help.

I had to submit 10, 000 captchas in 10 days with 90% accuracy. For which i had to get 30, 000 rupees and from that company would deduct 6, 900 rupees as registration fee. And they stated condition that if i failed to achieve accuracy then i had to pay 6, 900 rupees. Company provided me with an app named mac2app and agreement software first when lady called me she said it is hardly 1 to 1.5 hours work for one day but it almost takes 3 hours to complete 1000 captchas per day then too i was doing my work. App is too problematic. They provide us with simple captchas very easy to understand any one who have knowledge of letters can do it then too they are showing too many wrongs and also repeating same captchas. I was working but on 22nd march app was not opening. That whole day app didn't opened. I tried to contact to helpline numbers they provided but it was switched off i mailed them they did not gave me reply. Then i searched about company on net i found that it is fake company and just looting innocent peoples. They are fraud. They threatens people though they did proper work. I tried to contact with them thr day after still their all numbers are switched off. They have mentioned in agreement that if there is some technological problem company should be informed but how i inform them. They just blackmails and loot people all i want is cancel my agreement with them and i don't want to waste my time for this useless work. I don't want any threatening calls and blackmails. Hey i am working on captchas provided by avi enterprise. Though i have not recieved any threat calls or blackmail but yesterday whole day app didn't worked and so today in morning and i tried to contact their helpline number they are not responding, all numbers are switched off even the one who asked me for job neither they are replying to my email.
I searched about company on google and all i get to know is that it is fraud company and just looting needy peoples. So i dont want to waste my time now and also they are showing fake reports as they are showing too many wrongs and they are also repeating same captchas this shows that this is totally a fake company just looting peoples.
I want to cancel my registration with this company. Please help me in this

Hello. My name is virender singh negi. On 04/03/2020. I got a call from avi enterperise for online captcha work. They told me to do 10000 captcha in 10 days with 90% accuracy, i. E., 9000 captcha shoud be correct. After completition of project they told me that i will be paid 23, 100 after deducting 6900 as their service charges. They send me app link and agreement app link without any agreement details mentioned.in agreement app link i have to upload my signature for generation of id and password. After uploading the signature they send me an agreement copy where it was mentioned that i have to pay 6900 if i am unable to complete the work, which they didn't informed and mentioned earlier. I started filling captcha and the captcha status was not showing properly. I call them repeatedly but they didn't respond. So i decided to cancel the registration. But they started threatening and blackmailing me for taking legal action. So please help me to come out from this situation and to cancel the registration.

Fraud online captcha work

I was searching for online jobs which can be done at home and one of the company pinged me on my email for job of data entry i called them for work they asked me to send aadhar card or driving licence and nothing was informed about paying any penality they made me signed a contract which as not read by me after i signed for registration they send me the whole contract which was given to me at the time of signing it and now in the name of law court threatening calls are made to me sir/maam please help me to get out of this situation.

When i downloaded that app it asked me sign for registration. After that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i am not aware of). And when i searched online i found a lot of complaints against them and found that they are a fraud company. So on the basis of that i did not even start working at the job. I did not do a single work. Now they are calling me claiming that i took a job from them and now i have to work for it or pay the penalty. I dont want to work for them nor pay the penalty.
I came to know this is a fraud company.. I know that they will send me notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement which i was not aware..
I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..

And i came to know that the company is fake.
They started callimg me frequently amd they said that i have made agreement that i have signed to pay reg amout to them which i didnt know.
Now i'm aware that i should file a case to police agaisnt this company for taking legal action ahainst torturing peoples.

I observed these types of jobs fake on every website. I talked to them to get some income by my hard work but i think i got cheated. I am mentally very much tensed and stressed. Please give me proper guidance and help me.

They said that after submitting 10000 captcha they will pay 30000 salary and in that salary they will deduct 6900 as registration fee.
After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details. Then they sent me an app link, when i downloaded that app it asked me sign for registration. After that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i'm aware of it) saying that if i failed to submit my work within 10 days i have to pay penalty. After logging in, there used to be some error in that app. When i tried to call them no one is responding. On 12th march 2020, they called me regarding the failure for not attaining the target. I've paid the penalty amount of rs. 8500 for not attaining the target and rs. 13980 for no objection certificate. Now they are telling me that i've to attend in before court for clearance or else i've to pay rs. 90, 000. I came to know this is a fraud company. Kindly clear resolve it and cancel my agreement.

I came to know this is a fraud company.. I know that they will send me notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement whick i was not aware..

I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..

They are calling me to submit money i cannot do this.
I searched for part time job on quikr.com. And next day they call me and i also got messages in my whatsapp. They told me about the captcha filling job, they also send me the demo work. They made an agreement (I don't know about the agreement) they haven't told me about the agreement. I told them that i don't want to do the job. Then they told me that i have to do the job. Now see what will happen to me. I am very scared. Plzzz help me...
