I HAD BOOKED INDANE REFILL GAS CYLINDER ONLINE ON 12.4.2011.MY CONNECTION NO.IS 07316. BOOKING REFERANCE NO. IS 1955195.IOCL BOOKING NO. IS 3750.IOCL STATUS IS SHOWING CASH MEMO NO.4100 DT.14.4.2011 AND STATUS IS SHOWING DELIVERY OF CYLINDER ON 25.4.2011.BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CYLINDER YET NOW i.e 30.4.2011.IT HAS HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES WITH ME....

It is submitted that M/s. Bakson GAs Service situated at Jhandewalan is not providing gas cylinders on time. The customers have to request many times telephonically and personally visit the gas agency for booking of their cylinders.
The dont pickup the phones either...

It is submitted that M/s. Bakson GAs Service situated at Jhandewalan is not providing gas cylinders on time. The customers have to request many times telephonically and personally visit the gas agency for booking of their cylinders.
The dont pickup the phones either the bell keep ringing or its on hang. This problem is for last 5-6 months, otherwise the service was always good....
