Poor Quality of Work

I had brought an apartment from M/s Balchandra Builder (Mr.T.Srinivasan and Mr.S.Balachandra) at Jeyachandra Nagar. The quality of work is very poor and we are facing problems all over the apartment like it's 10 year old, when it's hardly 6 months old. The builder is not fixing the issues despite of multiple communication. We need justice to ensure the builder completes all pending work and resolves the issues immediately. Attached...

Very poor quality of construction work

Balchandra Builders are new to apartment construction business in Chennai. Their quality of construction work is very poor and below average. They do not have a single civil engineer at site who can oversee the construction activities, but use very poor quality labourers. I have bought an apartment from them and am very unsatisfied. There is lot of leaks, uncompleted construction and when complainted with the site supervisor, he is careless...
