This is Binoy from Pune.
Eight months before, an Executive from Bandhanelite service sales department) called me and said, 3 families are interested in your profile. And said these families want to talk to you regarding marriage discussion.
I did trust them. After that they sent a mail with 3 parties information. They said they would contact the family and revert to me. They informed us that one party out of the above, ‘was out of reach’and the second ‘had opted for another alliance already’
This happened immediately after the payment was transferred to them. BandhanElite had forwarded me the interest of the alliances saying that ‘they are interested currently’ and in two days’ time, one contact number is not contactable and the other alliance has already fixed up the marriage.
After this event, they provided us the data for three Mondays and stopped providing data henceforth.
Before the paid services were activated, the commitment was ‘if in case you dont find your match in 3 months, the money will be returned to you’
It has been more than eight months since. I had been regularly following up with them through mails. After the third month, they said your service is for 6 months, and you will have to wait for 3 more months to get the refund. The services had been stopped in 1-2 months, and ever since they stopped sending any profiles.
I tried to contact them through various means, and nobody is there to answer the calls/respond to the 18-20 emails I sent. I have all the mails with me as proof.

All I understand now is that bandhaneliete service are totally fraud.
Nobody responds from the mail id: [protected]@bandhaneliteservices.com after the completion of 6 months as per their terms and conditions.
Nobody responds to the call on the contact number given to me [protected] and the contact number given on their website [protected] also seems to be switched off.
What a professional way to run such a noble company.
