I have received a different plant from my order. Informed and waiting for a response.

I placed an order with Bangalore Agrico on May 9. The company demanded up front payment. Almost a month since, the communication from the company has been zilch. The product was never received, and when the customer care was finally reached on call, they refused to cancel the order on a whim, without even updating on when the order will reach. Absolutely disgraceful business tactic. Especially when the need of the hour...

They are sending 1 month year old saplings as 1 year or 2 year plants. In my order I had properly mentioned that I'm looking for the plants as they have provided in the description.

This is a proper cheating of the customer. Im a regular customer of nurserylive and they have always provided plants matching to the product description as mentioned in their pages. This is my first order from Bangalore Agrico. It's a clear attempt to cheat the customer.

Im attaching the pictures of the item which I have received. Does this like a 1 or 2 year plant.

Im looking for a resolution to this.

I ordered plants from Bangalore agrico.They said order will be sent in 5 days.They also charged a huge amount for postage though i live in the same city.Till today there is no news. I keep pinging their whatsapp number and they keep saying they will send it but no news at all.I have been pinging them every day for the last ten days and no response. They said rare plants will take time. Then why have they mentioned 5 to 7 days as delivery days in their website? If I have to order online, pay for full amount and then beg them daily this is crazy

I had placed an order for a bonsai lemon tree on 11th may and the tree never arrived until 6th june in-spite of me sending repeated reminders on their whatsapp group.
Doubts started arising, when i asked him to send me a picture of the tree before the delivery but they just kept avoiding and making false promises till the end.
Finally a sapling arrived on 6th june with zero fruits on it and it does not look like a bonsai in any way (Pic attached on day of arrival). On chasing them again, they simply state that the supplier might have made a mistake/the plant itself has not being sent by them and start reciting false stories again.
They are not ready to refund the money and are now asking for shipping charges again if i need an exchange (For no fault of mine), which would again not guarantee the quality of the tree.
Based on my experience, i would strongly suggest not to order anything online from this company without checking what is being delivered to you before hand.

On 16th of may 2018, i placed an order for a guava plant from bangaloreagrico.in and i got a confirmation message for my order that the payment for the order was received by them and is being processed, however, they didn't mention the delivery date. On 18th may 2018 i wrote to them that i still didn't get the order and asked them to refund my delivery charges as they mentioned on their website that delivery was free in india and i also live in the same city that is bangalore, they wrote to me back that they have scheduled the delivery for 21st may 2018 and the delivery was free only if i ordered for plants worth more than 1999 rupees. So i waited till 21st may 2018 and still didn't get the delivery and asked them about it and their reply was that they get 2000 orders in a week and will send it in 2 days. As i live in bangalore and my home is just 25 to 40 minutes away from bangalore agrico i asked them as to why it would take so long, to which i was told that "arguments won't help". Yesterday that is 23rd may 2018 when i asked them about my order they told "mam, we are sending. Our vehicle is coming" so i waited for 3 hours but there wasn't any vehicle at my doorstep and today its 24th may 2018 and its been exactly 9 days since i placed the order and paid 618 rupees that are 499 for the plant and 119 rupees for the delivery and still didn't get the order.
