I have purchased US Polo shoes on 16th Jan:23 and kept them in shoe rack outside.On Monday 23rd evening 5:15 one outside person came into our apartment premises and stolen my shoes. We have the camera recordings.

On 10th October 2022 (monday) early in morning i came back to Bangalore from hometown and kept my shoe rack outside door and at that time all my pairs of shoes available, then after 3 days ..on thursday.. I'm getting ready to go office and found my 2 pairs of shoes are Missing.. i was shocked .. I didn't observed the rack much on those 2 days (Tuesday, Wednesday)

My Assumptions of chances of getting stolen

1, I ordered food online late night on Monday at around 11:30 PM (door delivery given) took the order and closed door immediately
2, On Tuesday evening at around 8 PM, i went outside for some personal work and came back by 9:40 PM

Outside my main door, im using zero candle bulb ..which gives very little light ..so it would seem dark with little light

I noticed that my wagon R car number is used by another car ( BLACK ALTO ) parked at below address:

I already got one wrong challan because of this. Hence kindly take action at the earliest.

On 26th March, I was traveling with my family and tried to cross the Bangalore Bommahanalli signal. Traffic police named Mr.Doddapparaj were caught and shouted harassing words stating we dint wear masks. We were wearing masks even inside the car but other police dint wears a proper masks. I informed him that we are inside the car. Then suddenly he told us we crossed the signal and were rash driving. But were driving at 10-20 km/speed. He asked to pay us Rs.1500.

Since we were cautious while crossing, I asked for camera footage. He informed there is no camera fixed and so we need to pay the fine on the spot.

We paid the Rs.1500 and got the slip which is attached.

We are ready to pay if we have made any mistake because I respect Police. But these people showed all are not same by using abusive words to ladies.

I have booked a plot in attur layout by paying 10000 as advance. Later i came to know there is some issue in that property and preparator behavior was not good so i asked to cancel the booking and requested to refund the amount. Developer gave me a cheque for 10000RS but when i produced to bank it got bounced for insufficient fund. Then i called him and told about the bounce so he told me to reproduce and again when i reproduced it got rejected again. Later he transferred 5000Rs but still 5000 pending and cheque bounce charge is 500. Totally he 5500RS is balance to be paid from him but now he is not responding in a proper manner.

My brand new puma shoe worth 4000 rupees was stolen in vijayanagar in front of maruthi mandira on dated 20/02/21.

So, my mom’s (H n lepakshi) parents gave 1-lakhs dowry to k. V. K reddy (Who was inspector in 1980’s) and married to the 1st daughter (H n ratnamma).,

My (Pavan kumar s n) mom’s (H n lepakshi) parents (H c narayana reddy) had 6-daughter & 1-boy child., (In[protected] they were no rules giving property to daughters, knowing this kvk reddy kept slow-poison to that 1-boy child and within 2-years that boy died, as he joined to local-hospital doctor’s said boy died due to heavy-fever.,

Kvk reddy said to my mom’s parents, plz don’t worry trust me, consider me as your died 1-boy child, i will fulfill your needs and support and be behind you like your own child.,

My mom’s parents has ~30acres land @ [protected]@bangalore now kvk reddy because to look-after income getting from this property and started enjoying and buying land, sites, building’s in bangalore.,
In 1985 my mom’s parents decided to buy 4-plot (Site in bangalore for 4-daughter, which they buyed in btm layout) and 1-big plot for 1st daughter (Wife of kvk reddy) & 1-plot to (6th daughter (H n bagiya), so they can give to they daughters at time of marriage., so they buyed.,

So, in 1988, my mom got married, her parents gave 1-plot (Out of 4-plot, which they buyed in btm layout) in my mom’s name, ” at this point actual criminal nature of kvk reddy showed “.,
At that time kvk reddy for circle-inspector at madiwala/jayanagar in bangalore.
Kvk reddy said my mom, ” what will you do which these gold/jewels, we shall deposit and invest in share-market, in 1-years it we will get 10x times more, and we can take back gold/jewels deposited and you can build home in site given by your parents.,
Believing him, we deposited gold/jewels got 30k and my dad gave 20k, this 50k, kvk reddy invested in share-market, in 1-2 years shares bacamed 5-lakhs., it was in his name only, when my (Pavan kumar s n) parents asked kvk reddy to sell those shares and give so they can get they deposited gold/jewels and rest money to build home.,

“kvk reddy, settled ~1-lakhs (Which he got by share-market by our given money) to other 3-daughter, this 4-plot in btm [protected]@bangalore he register all 4-sited to his brother name (Chandrasekar reddy) thought my mom parents telling them to sign as he wanted to apply for loan.,
Believing his words my mom’s parents signed, thinking he wanted to apply for loan, but it was selling of property (4-site @ btm-layout) to kvk reddy’s brother name chandrasekar reddy.,
As my mom parents are uneducated, they signed the documents given by kvk reddy., and on this power, kvk reddy applied a case thought he brother side (Chandrasekar reddy) on us, (Mrs. N lepakshi (D/o of hc narayana reddy), knowing his fraud, my mom sold that site to my dad “r nagaraja reddy in 1990’s.,
Kvk reddy, didn’t even gave my mom deposited gold/jewels nor 50k we have to him nor 5-lakhs share-market money and over register our site., and applied case on us., (H n lepakshi & r nagarajan reddy) – (Pavan kumar s n’ parents)
So, my (Pavan kumar s n) parents fought case for 15-years and won, the case., and site got register in bangalore-jayanagar on my dad-name., (Which help of very good lawyer we fought on circle-inspector (Kvk reddy+ his brother chandrasekar reddy) and won case.,

In 2017, in that site we had small ground-floor building, we demolished it and was digging soil for building home, we got notice from police-station telling this site belongs to kvk reddy (Ex - acp that time) we shocked and showed to police telling in 2008 we won the case against kvk reddy we got permanent - injection we showed.,

But when kvk reddy + chandrashekar reddy ‘s they family did this parents property division, (The 4-site plot) which by fraud way both - brother took sign of my mom’s parents and fraud registered in 1990’s showing that papers mr. Chandrashekar reddy written and gave to his brother kvk reddy.,

All this info-we came to know now., from 2008 we won that case and paying property tax bills, current+water bills still 2017, once we demolished building in that site, kvk reddy filed a case telling it’s my bother property and he has sold me me.,

We have appeared for case and showed telling from chandrasekar reddy we won case in 2008 and register site at [protected]@bangalore., and kvk reddy telling in 2009 my bother (Chandrasekar reddy sold to me at time of property division by his parents.,).,

But, court asked him, then from 2009, when pavan kumar s n (Myself) and his parents (H n lepakshi & r nagaraja reddy) where in position from[protected] still they demolished building, what where you are doing once they demolished went to rent home to contract-building you have applied for case telling it’s my property.

So, now with a lawyer support we are fitting again on kvk reddy after getting permanent injection from court in 2008.,
Plz guide me, how we can win the case against him now and get our site back, my mom’s parents are under kvk reddy control, kvk reddy is telling you should not come out of home, don’t go any function and speak to any of your daughter or i will kill you same way i killed your only 1-baby child., because of this my mom’s parents are not support us and turning against us.,

As kvk reddy has both police power & political power & money & man power, he hit/beat my mom, 6-month back and kvk reddy son hit me from car when i was going in my honda-dream bike and clapped my dad when he was walking morning and some 3-4 pal came last week night to our rent home to warn us to take back the case or we will kill you all., and pressuring our rent owner to quit us from rent house.,

We don’t know what to do, even police ppl at [protected]@bangalore are not support as mr. Kvk reddy has good police power & political power., as kvk reddy was ex-apc has known many hight-power people.,

At least for stay still case get over can we construct-temporary concrete sheets home & stay still we won the case on this fraud ex-acp mr. Kvk reddy..
Plz suggest

I booked a hotel room in Delhi- Citi Continental through a website required for 18th night till 19th Morning, the booking date was of 3rd May 2017, upon reaching Delhi, the hotel informed that they have not received any money from making reservation website.
When I called the company who made the reservation, they said, it got cancelled, and they will initiate a refund. Even after 15 days no refund is being made. The called number is switched off.[protected]. His Name was Deepak.

Pls help me get the refund, also stop this company from booking rooms as they appear to be a cheating company fraudulently making money .

I was riding in my bike to pick up my wife at 8:30pm on Friday (12th May 2017) near St Anthony's Friary Church.

I was stopped by two traffic policemen near St Anthony's Friary Church. They did not tell me their name or give me any details. Instead asked me for my license. Later told me that I was going in the wrong direction and I have to pay a fine. I went in search of ATM's and finally got the money to pay the fine. When I returned they refused to make the chalan for the fine and told me to go away.

I asked them for my license and they shouted at me saying "Are you mad".
They refused to give me my license and they still have it with them despite me asking them multiple time. I requested them to make the fine and tell me the amount so that I can pay and get my license back but they refused to give it back to me.

Kindly note this happened in between 8:30pm and 9:00pm on May 12 2017.

Hi, By this message, I just wanted to bring in every body's attention that please be very 'CAREFUL' of Bangalore Police, especially those in 'Cheetah' bikes in and around Bannerghata road. My female friend and I work for an organization on Bannerghatta Road and the job requires us to be in 'Night Shift'. During the course of our work one day, my friend and I went to an ATM, just outside the office premises, when two cops saw us and stopped their bike. They asked as in Kannada, what we were doing at this odd hours and we conveyed, we had just to take some money from the ATM. One of the police cops, a fat one, started screaming and said something in Kannada, which I understood as 'creating public nuisance'. He even asked me to take of my pants because he was implying my female friend and I were up to 'something'. After a lot of pleading, he let my female friend go and I had to bribe him Rs. 100 to let me go! I deciphered two things from this episode - 1. If your an 'outsider' in Bangalore and cant speak Kannada, the Bangalore Police will 'rip' you off! Please be careful if you are n outsider in Bangalore! The Bangalore Police mostly targets 'Outsiders'. 2. And in a scenario, I was up to some 'Anti - National' Activities, I can pay a bribe as low as Rs 100 to get away scot free! They will stoop to such a low level, they will sell 'anything' to make some quick bucks! The Main Question is - If I am not save in my own country? Where will I be?

While traveling on bus from silk-board to electronics city. Someone took my phone. It happened very frequently on that route. Previously also I had lost my phone on the same route. Hello Sir, I had shifted to Delhi on 23rd June, so for that reason I had booked Oasis Domestic & International Packers and Movers for shift my house hold goods and my bike. This is into general notice that about an hour back I have been victimized person by Hebbal police purportedly charged by them when I was instructing motor bike to my sibling something like 10:30 out in the open ground. Sir, I am herewith kindly bringing to your notice that, in Hulimavu (the Hulimavu PS limits) park at after 8.00PM till 2.00AM there will be illegal activities going on. On in premises of the school behind the park also after 9.00PM it is very difficult to walk on this side. As we pass by this route after getting down from the BMTC bus at Hulimavu to reach the home. Even several complaints have been received to the Hulimavu PS but they have not taken any action in regard to this nuisance. Even also some unknown people have pelted stone and broked the window glass at 5th cross krishna layout( Madhuban colony). Kinbdly take the action and the police beat should be effectively made.

I am a serving officer of Indian Air Force.My wife Smt suman Lata invested Rs1500000/-respectively with Mr VB Reddy and TR Reddy of Presidency group Aishwarya projects Bangalore in year 2008.Since the developer didn't register the property within the period of agreement,we requested them for refund of money but they didn't do so,then we approached the consumer court in Dec 2009.The honorable 3rd Additional Consumer forum Bangalore Cunningham Road passed order in case No.551-555/2010 in Oct 2010 and directed opposite party to refund the money as per the order but they didn't obey the court order.Then we applied for the execution of the order vide execution application No.EA/10/173-EA/10/177.The honorable courts have issued 20 times Non Bailable Warrants against them in last one and half year but Bangalore police is not producing them in the court.I personally met jt commissioner of police shri Alok Kumar on 20 Jan 11 in his office in this regard and opposite party was also available there but no progress.I have also registered my complaint on line vide GOVKN/E/2010/00603 dt 06 Oct 2011 with several reminders and also contacted janaspandana officer but no result.I submitted my on line request to ministry of home affairs vide MINHA/E/2012/00113,MINHA/E/2012/01155 and MINHA/E/2012/01249.I have also submitted on line request to president of india vide PRSEC/E/2012/00136,PRSEC/E/2012/01019,PRSEC/E/2012/02821,PRSEC/E/2012/06550,PRSE...⇄ and PRSEC/E/2012/15165.The president office and home ministry forwarded my requests to janaspandana officer Karnataka but nothing happened till date.
We also filed cases No.11782 and 11783/1010 in 13 ACMM Court against them for cheques bounce .This court has also issued same number of NBW against them but no action is taken by Bangalore police.I have personally submitted these NBWs to DCP(W),DCP(N),DCP(S),DCP(Crime) and commissioner of police Bangalore at least 7 times but still no action taken.Please guide/help me for further necessary action/direct concerned officer for needful.

I have a Savings Bank account with State Bank of India, JP Nagar branch, Bangalore. There was an unauthorised withdrawal of money from my account from an ATM at Andheri Railway Station, Mumbai. On approaching the bank's branch manager, he hotlisted my ATM card & asked me to get an FIR filed at the appropriate police station. But when I approached the police station with the complaint, they refused to file the FIR stating that it was outside their jurisdiction since the crime had happened outside Karnataka. I even approached the ACP, south zone who told that FIR should be filed at the place of crime !
Now, unless I submit a copy of FIR to my bank, they cannot refund my lost money

I am a resident of kumaraswamy layout, and i with my 4f riends were walking back to my place after attending a birthday party of my friend...Suddenly two policemen came of a bike(royal enfield(black)) and charged lathi on us...without any reason.All o[censored]s were peacefully walking..Aren't we free to move at any time in our place..Is India really a free country? Today(7th May 2011) around 12.15am my self and my friend were standing in front of my home in JHBCS layout JP Nagar Post a sub inspector named ashok kumar a.n came and started abusing us when i asked him to speak with respect he says he is going to book a case against me section 109
are these for the safety of we the people or to harass us day and night, we cant even stand in front of our own house please guide me i want to book a case against this person

We were a group of 6 people on 3 bikes. We went for ride at 12 midnight. Having driven for half an hour, we decided to take a break. A police jeep came over to us and a police officer asked for driving license and bike papers. When we showed him all papers, The police officer threatened to file a case against us. According to him, it's against the law to ride a bike at midnight. He said we have to come to police station with him. He'll file a case against us. And we'll have to produce in court. God knows for what.
He refused to return our licenses unless we paid him 2000. He finally agreed for 1000. Can police officers file a case just like that? What a common man can do in these cases? We are not afraid of robbers or Gundas. We are afraid of police. They are the biggest robbers.
