Security in bansal are behaving very rudely with the patients attended .

My name is Nikunj Yadav from Hoshangabad Madhya Pradesh, I am kidney transplant patient, and recently got covid19 and now recovering. on 17th May 2021 I went to Bansal hospital in bhopal 100 km away from my home to give my Tacrolimus blood sample. Till today when i did not receive my reports I called the hospital, and they told me that they lost my blood sample. And when I asked to speak to senior people they disconnect my call and they never called back.
I am not in a position to go again and give sample, I am being cheated with money and health both.

My mother Rita Takhtani was admitted in Bansal Hospital for Brain Hemorrhage for 16 days. The Total bill which the Hospital issued was of 6, 16, 000. The insurance company agreed to pay 4, 14, 000 (after deducting all non claimable items and amount to be paid by the employee) to the hospital and confirmed the same on mail to hospital. But the hospital asked us to pay additional 70, 000 as security deposit, in case the insurance company does not pay them the full amount. When we asked for the written policy for taking the deposit from patient, they denied the same. And also denied to discharge my mother untill we paid the deposit to the hospital.

My mother Mrs.Kusum Lata had undergone surgery from Bansal Hospital. She was covered under Medical Insurance From Vipul Medicorp. At time of discharge, the hospital staff mention the period of problem due to which surgery was done as 4-5 years by mistake. The TPA had rejected the claim. Hospital staff then made new discharge card and suggested me to go for Reimbursement and take a Post Dated Cheque from me. Now they have not given me any papers except bills and discharge card inspite of several reminders.Due to so much trouble, I was forced to stop the payment of the hospital. Now, they are harassing me.
