Bar Stock Exchange Complaints & Reviews

We had visited Bar Stock Exchange, Sakinaka. They had double swiped payment in the month of February 2023. When asked for return they were searching until July 2023. Now they have stopped responding and we are now in month of August 2023.

The restaurant charges service charge and when we refused they said it’s mentioned at the entrance. I want strict action to be taken against them.

Levy of service taxes has been ban by the Government of India. But even after telling them they forced me to pay service taxes of 220 rs. Approximately. Which is illegal.

Even after pointing out they forced me to pay the service tax which they were not suppose to.

This is regarding denial of stag admission in bar stock exchange chembur branch, near r. K studios
We were three friends (Male, all 21 above) want to go in tbse but on weekends they are not allowing stag entries.

I want to know is there any rules regarding stag entries in hotel and restaurant, pubs, lounges.

Mr prashant sawant manager lower parel bse was rude & had no answers to questions arising out of his false claims of bse everywhere changes the rates every second which is reflected in all outlets... He meant its real time (Ignorant foolish claims).. Where else he doesn't know that prices at every outlet varies at a given time... He didn't have an explanation to his blunder which he spoke & that's why he wasn't ready to authenticate his own claim in writing... Not an acceptable attitude of a manager of bse...& please hire responsible & sophisticated & deserving & learned managers & people... Only then wud bse grow...

This is in regards to access amount taken by the Restaurant people. I have calculated the taxes applied and found out there is difference in amount that needed to be paid and what what printed. An amount of Rs.12 has been charged by the restaurant without any reasons.

Request you to please take some strict actions on the restaurants who charge access amount from the consumers and fool us.
