If you buy any of the property from Barnala Builders, you are dealing with goons. They use muscle if you demand what you paid for, you get no facilities as the residents have lodged multiple cases in High Court against the builder.
There is a nexus with the authorities, any complains, no action, any court orders, they ignore. you are on your own once you have paid the money....

Maya Garden City not returning my money

I booked a flat in Maya Garden City, Zirakpur developed by Barnala Builders and surrendered the flat after some time. At the time of booking they said they will refund the amount within 15 days. But, I have not recieved my money even after 5 months of surrender date. Please suggest what should be done to get my money back?
