I have booked my LPG on 21.08.2022 with bangalore Benaka Enterprises rajainagar. After 9 days still they are not delivered my cylinder to my home. i have paid money on 25.08.2022 through google pay. i visited agency office for two to three times and they are giving simple answer was there is no supply of cylinder. They just work like a govt. officers. They have behaved like irresponsible people. They are giving preference only to the person they know. I am so unhappy about their service. I hope that you will sort out the issue at the earliest and also hope that you will take action on them for timely delivery in future.

I have raised a transfer request from Rajajinagar to Hegde Nagar but the Benaka agency(Rajajinagar 1st Block) are not cooperating. I am a senior citizen and I have been asked to come 3 times to office already. I have health issues and travelling 18 KM is not advised by doctor. Our cylinder is empty and we are not able to book new gas.
The staff is harassing saying they wont do it if I dont come again while the last time I was visited I was given full assurance saying it will be sent in 2 days.

Benaka Enerprises, Indane Gas Agency, 1st Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore is make inordinate delay in supply of refill gas cylinder and not bothered. Even though I am provided 2nd cylinder last year, they have not given additional gas refill that month. Every month both the cylinders are empty. They will supplly at their discretion. Nobody is bothered and no control over it. Pl take firm action against the erring gas agency and ensure delivery of gas refill cylinder.
