POOR WORKMANSHIP

I HAD BOOKED A FLAT IN BENGAL DCL'S UTTARA ( TRITIYA) AND WAS ALOTTED THE SAME ON FEBRUARY 2009. SINCE THEN ALL MAINTENANCE & SECURITY WERE LOOKED AFTER BY BENGAL DCL IN LIEU A MONTHLY CHARGE IN ADDITION TO THE MAINTENANCE CORPUS WHICH WAS COLLECTED BY THEM DURING ALOTTMENT. DURING NOVEMBER 2011 FLOOR TILES OF THE DRAWING ROOM STARTED COMING OUT AS WELL AS BREAKING. THIS WAS INFORMED TO BENGAL DCL AND THEY INSPECTED AND ASSURED ABOUT...
