I have not received my orders even after a full payment

I have ordered few products from this online store https://bh.homevo.in on April 10 2022. But still I have not received my orders yet even though the order status of my both orders are showing as "Fulfilled" in their automated chat response.
I tried multiple times to reach out to them through the contact details mentioned in their site.But I did not get any reply from them.
Please help refund my money back and cancel my orders from this online store https://bh.homevo.in .

Nit received the product after full payment

The purchased items not received till this date.The amout is 2399/- plese take necessary action to stop payment and cancelled the order

I ordered one item on 07 .04.2022 amout to Rs.2399/- by net banking from the above site.The payment confirmation received from RUDRA&BROS received and one email received from email id [protected]@gmail.com. After this there is no response from the above site.All communication sources are not connected.Hence please stop the payment to this fraud party and give back money through paid net banking method

Complaint marked as Resolved They are not shipped the item till this date.I paid the amount 2399/- as on 07/0402022. Please take necessary action to stop payment or cancel my order.When I call them, there is no response. No reply from email
