no proper service after payment

We have opted for assisted matrimonial service from bharatmatrimony.com and mohsin khan has been appointed as a relationship manager on 21 may 2018.
In welcome call we have shared all the information about desired requirements about groom. And before payment of service he has promised to give 5 profiles on weekly basis.
Same has not happens. Weekly he was shared two to three profiles which is not as per requirements. He was send those profiles which was already declined/ accepted or rejected. We have conduct requirements call for three to four times but he is not cleared at all. After so many complaints to their feedback site, they are not even listen our complaints and refund the funds.
We are not at all satisfied with the service and never recommend to any one of relatives an friends.
After paying 12000/- for three months service, we got nothing from it. Requesting each and every one who is reading this form please don't give your hard earned money to bharatmatrimony. They are just their to loot your money.

The unprofessional staff of www.bharatmatrimony.com is calling me every now and then for the profile I have initiated for one of the family members. I have requested not to call and delete my number for the advertising purpose. But every day there are numerous call for transferring my account into paid one.
Today a bharat matrimony guy was rude and its shameful what he said on phone.
Please look into this as this is a harassment or I shall file a official complaint with the relevant authorities!

I have also made complaint against them however they have processed the same. You can complaint against them in Cyber Crime cell and Akosha who can help you and get your refund if you want. They will definitely help you.

I have been contacted by 2 scammers till now in bharatmatrimony since the time I created my profile in February ,I list some money to one scammer before I realized what is happening.Recently I was contacted by this scammer, Williams Pradnesh,[protected]@yahoo.com, claiming to be a US citizen,a civil engineer on contract work in Malaysia.He called me from a US no.[protected],then a UK no. www.bharatmatrimony.com pvt ltd. is one of the biggest corporate level fraud company.Past 1 year i am working with that company, there is a service called ASSISTED SERVICES package which is the no1 cheating and fraud package, they will not give any service to the customers,and lot of customers literally crying with service.and also online packages also not carry any useful to customers, my kindly advice to new people to don't encourage this services this matrimony will show u stars in sky in day time.total fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud.

Duplicate business
Both Bharatmatrimony.com and communitymatrimony.com which hosts several of its subdomain websites with respect to languages and community are from the same company.
This is kind of making people fool .When you upload profile to any one of the website, the same profile is automatically created in other website.
Also, they are calling people to pay in both the websites but they make different calls and speak as they are from different companies.
People, please be aware.

I agree. They misleading people. Moreover, their Relationship Manager services are meant to loot public money.

i want to bring into evrybody's notice about the FAKE id that Pratesh N.Krishan has created in kerela matrimony.com with the id of E1703311. He has fooled many girls hence kindly take care of the same with anyone getting the below message
Yes I have gone through your profile in very well. Let me give you an input about my family as well.
My parents moved to UK in 1979 (while I was 3 year old) as a part of dad’s career and since then we live in UK. We live in Essex County (Brentwood). Dad used to work with NHS UK as ENT Surgeon who is currently enjoying his retirement life.
I am the only child to my parents and do not have any siblings. Dad’s home is Vazhuthakkad in Trivandrum and Mom is from Punaloor. Have got my cousins working in different parts of the world and with whom we still maintain a healthy contact. Luring for the gift
I got my life partener thru Bharatmatrimony and I am very thankful to them. After deleting my profile I am getting lots of mail about 'Post success story and get a gift'. I sent a photo and also posted my story and wrote them for a gift. But they didnt send me any. Actually the gift is not a big deal. But they called me 2-3 times and said they are sending it. Their mails keep me reminding of it. Its strange. Its like not sending gift but keep remiding about it. lol...

Beware of making payments to Bharat Matrimony. They are nowhere compared to Shadi.com and Jeevansathi.com where you will find genuine Verified Profiles.
In BM I have only come across all FAKE profiles run by mediators who use your Whatsapp number and ask for your biodata and do not allow you to get in touch with the profile holder. This is a very insecure site where your number is in wrong hands
I made payments to Bharat Matrimony initially and was not told that almost all the Regular unpaid members are through marriage bureaus or through mediators. one of the staff takes the trouble to scrutinizing the profiles and expect us to take the trouble.
They refuse to return money once a phone number is viewed and when you call the number you either get no response or its a mediator who doesn't allow you to talk to the profile holder. These are the tricks they play to loot you.
For every profile we identify as fake, they ask for screenshots, video recordings, details such as ID.
Total waste of our time where we just face fake profiles rather than search for partners.
In one case i blocked a fake profile where there was a marriage bureau involved who were very rude, and the very next day another profile was created by the same girl with a different ID.
I have personally blocked over a dozen regular members as well as two Prime members whom BM claims are verified.
And then they say it's not their responsibility if the profile holder doesn't respond, it's not their responsibility to verify profile holders.
They ask us to verify each and every profile while they sit on your money and just say that they will block the profiles once they investigate.
Moreover, the number of paid PRIME members are hardly 10% which they say are verified but even then I have pointed out two fake profiles who were through a marriage bureau.
I have sent several emails to BM with fake profiles and more the two profiles where there were pictures of Males in the ladies profile.
In order to increase the database they also repeat profiles. Just two of such are as below out of several in the site.

If you see the percentage of Prime paid members it is hardly 10%. Just as of yesterday's statistics the figures are as below:

Just around 8.7% members

City matched (Delhi)
All matches total 2344
Out of which Prime Matches were 73
Just around 3% paid members
How can one expect to even find a suitable match after paying them. They promise to return full amount if no response comes within 30 days but this is an eyewash. Once you ask for refund they send their full terms and conditions leaflet and harrass you.
I have sent over 40 emails proving they are wrong but no one bothers to support you once you have paid them.

Bharatmatrimony.com should display std code & pin-code & avail them for searching nearby candidates, collect photo of grooms & 700+ photo of brides from West Bengal, many photo are too dark, when number of applications exceed 3000 in 3 months, same candidates appear more than once.

which he deleted .he says he is from Kerela .from the search i found out he is duping every girl in the down and is very confident . i am posting this post for girls tobe aware of some one WHITH BELOW DETAILS ...
"My parents moved to UK in 1979 (while I was 3 year old) as a part of dad’s career and since then we live in UK. We live in Essex County (Brentwood). Dad used to work with NHS UK as ENT Surgeon who is currently enjoying his retirement life.
