Need help to get my money back from Bhrigu company

Hi sir,
I purchased the plot 220 sq.yards at Sanga Reddy under bhrigu infra private limited in Feb month, 2021. Totally paid 9, 56, 500 rupees(nine lakhs fifty six thousand and five hundred rupees) in which 2laks given as Cheque, 2, 56, 500 paid as cash and remaining 5laks transferred to Bhrigu company account.
After that, they have not received the calls or not responded to do the registration. Lastly they gave 3 Cheques saying won’t be able to do registration. Now the cheques are bounced and no idea how to respond back to them. There are lot of one star reviews on the website and no one available at company address.
Could you please look this issue and kindly help on getting the amount from the Bhrigu company.

Dear sir,
I purchased 233 sqyard plot no 53 at patti village under bhrigu infra private limited in oct 2018. Initially i payed 50, 000 rs for plot booking after one week i payed 1, 50, 000 (One lack fifty thousand rupees) i. E totaly i paid 2 lack rs for plot booking. Then after one month i. E in november 2018 i paid 4 lack rs to ahad who is son in law of one of the director and he had given reciept to me. Then after one month i. E in december 2018 i paid 4 lack rs to ahad but he
Did not given receipt. I dont have time to visit company due to blessed with baby girl so i had visted the company recently i. E march 2019 to get receipt of that 4 lack rs. But they inform to me there is no plot under my name. They cancel the plot. I surprised by their
Words and they told to me we dont have single rupee from you. So i request them to bring ahad but they told that ahad escaped from office.
I raised the below points but they dont have any answers
1) initally i had payed 2 lack rupess in oct 2018. If you (Company) not receive any amount from me
Why should not call to me from oct 2018 to march 2019 i. E nearly 6 months. I did not receive any
Call from company.
2) with out contact to me how you cancel the plot. Actually ahad told to them as cancel the plot
And they given the token amount i. E 2 lack rupess to ahad. How can you cancel the plot and given the amount to ahad
