NO cash payment recieved but debited fom account

SIR,
I sourabh rawat an account holder (ac no .[protected]) in your IMS BHU, VARANASI branch went to your shop no 19 shakubhan complex (ATM id 1FDVAR04) for cash withdrawl ammounting Rs 4200 . Before completion of my transection there was power failure . Afterwards when power came at 4 pm Rs4200 has been deducted from my account but I received nothing .
Please solve my inconviences as soon as possible
