Body Cupid Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

Please help in getting my refund amount back from Body cupid -INR 499 which was ordered on 16 jul’22 from Paytm with transaction id- [protected].

Package was return back on 31july as it was not up to the mark and same day logged a complaint for refund. Untilll now I hve not recieved my money back

I ordered Aloevera gel from the company's website on 28th June and the money was deducted from my account. Till now there is no information on the dispatch ment or the delivery of the product. there is no tracking feature available to track the product. I dropped them mails enquiring about product delivery but there was no response. I called 10-15 times on their customer service number but nobody is responding. I sent them message on the Facebook page but still no response. Please help me with the reimbursement of the amount I paid for the product.

I had ordered 2 body lotions from Body cupid (Vanilla - Almond milk & Coconut milk- Cocoa butter)

Vanilla - Almond milk body lotion is already expired in Dec 2021 and Coconut milk- Cocoa butter one is almost 1 yr old product, so I get only self-life of 1 yr to use it.

We order and expect to get great products for yourself and but see what have they sent us in But 1 Get 1 offer.

Totally a bad experience, have complaint on email requesting to kindly refund my money and take back your products but they are not bothered to reply and solve the issue.
