Bought fireboltt smartwatch on 21st Feb '23. Suddenly stopped working in March. Raised a complaint on website.Ecom expression denied picking the product.Reached Ecom express and Firebolt customer care centre several times. Write to bolt CEO on email and twitter. No response. I need my money back or a new product replaced....

Display of watch not working properly. Horizontal lines occurs continuously.glitches appears while using the display....

My headset is under warranty and boltt support team not provided any support.

My Order no is 8779.
The headphones work perfectly fine while listening to music. I am facing an issue while I am using the Headphones during the Zoom/Webex/Teams call. A "baaaaangggg" kind of noise appears during the call and lasts for 5 sec at least. Then it again goes to normal. I have checked with the other person on the call, whether he/she was able to hear the same noise. But they didn't hear any noise. So its only on my side...
