This is fraud company. I did an AMC on 11th Oct 2018 - with an agreement that they will provide RO solution support on monthly basis (checking water etc.) and filter change quarterly for 3 years. However, I did not get any support from their side unless I call them. Firstly, they denied monthly check up. And after that on quarterly filter change also, I had to call a lot of time to get it done. It was changed for 3 to 4 times till date. br...

Dear team, this complain is regarding amc contract of ro (Ro model :- pureit advance). I have taken the 3 years amc from brook ro solutions @ rs. 6500/- (Paid in advance by cash) amc dt:- 13-jan-2019. Now, they have providing only one time of service (At the time of payment collection). Now, they are not responding and not providing any service against my amc contract.
