I paid subscription fee to business india magazine almost 50 days ago. I am supposed to receive the magazine from third week. Still i have not received it. I am trying to call them and send few mails, but no response form them. Please help me in resolving this.

Date of payment of subscription fee: 16th jan 2020
Date of expected magazine receipt: 3 weeks
Status; no response from them inspite of sending few e mails...

i have paid for 1 year subscription in advance 400Rs. but after 4th month they stopped sending the magazine,after sending more than 5 mail still no response from company and not showing responsibility of delivering it.Please help me to get justice, i want my money back and i will purchase it from footpath, because they are giving immediate delivery after taking money but this people are not even listening.everybody please dont get trap yourself...
