Hi,
I Mr. Lalit Kumar Kar bearing cunsumer no. 781475 of Plot No.-990, N-4, IRC Village Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar intimate you that my cable is disconnected from the pole since last 2 days.I am not able to contact your customer care no.as it is temporarily out of order. Kindly help me in this problem.

We are users for ACT Cable Network which is one of biggest cable network in the city. We are not getting good recpection for cable network since 2 weeks & has infromed the contact center for the same on[protected]. We are among those who pays the Bill on time when ever being asked to do so. Fist of all we being assured that it would be taken care of soon. However with time we found that responce from the team is not up to the mark....

I am new to moraj residency, vashi, navi mumbai.
recently i got the cable connection in my flat from ashish cable (he is the only cable service provider here), he charged me 500 bucks for installation other than monthly rent.
He installed the cable tv connection in the hall but i wanted in my bedroom, but he was charging me rs.100 extra for that .
If he is taking installation charges than what is the meaning of this extra...
