Web, IVR, SMS Not Booked gas cylinder march 2015 to till date
March 2015 to till date I am not booked cylinder i tak Distributor faulty Indian Oil, every time call costumer care issue but not be resolved my issue, and also 5 time call nodal office not any responses every time hangout the phone[protected] .
Please resolved my issues

Distributor Captain Gas Agency Not Deliver The Refill From Last 4 Month when we go to agency, The Agency Staff Talk Rudely And Says Booking Got Cancelled Book Again and Come After 25 Days Of New Booking, Or when Refill Will Available in Stock Then We will Delivered It Happens Many Time I Have Complaint On Toll Free No 3 or 4 Time But There Is No Response Request You Pls Help To Resolve The Same and Taken Strict Action Against The...

Non delivery of gas cylinder on time

I am a consumer of indane gas No C9747 and my gas agency is Captain Gas Agency, Pratap Vihar, GHAZIABAD. The behaviour of the staff is not satisfactory and always book the cylinder after 25 days and after 25 -30 days of booking they provide the cylinder.Not only this the gas is always found less than the recomanded qty.
