Dear sir,
I have purchased a health insurance policy because to get health insurance benefit whenever felt sick. Which i have not got from religare health insurance (Presently changed its name care health insurance), it is since last 2 and half month i am chasing about claim amount. I have spent more than 3 lakhs rupees to pay hospital and medicine bills which can be reimbursed. All necessary related documents submitted to religare office.
With reference to mentioned claim no.'s 91385869, 91394756, 91407055. Money not yet deposited to proposer bank account.
Despite several reminder neither religare health insurance company deposit the claim amount nor they inform when they are going to deposit the claim amount. Proposer cancelled check already shared with the insurance company as they asked it.

Despite several reminder through email religare health insurance not processing the claim intentionally and keep on delaying again and again asking the same document which already shared with them before.
On 21st july 2020 proposer/insured person have admitted to hospital with prior intimation to religare health insurance and it is updated health condition of insured person to religare health insurance company.
