I am bhargavi, since last 6 months i am waiting for my refund amount rs-119880/- could you please help out for this. So many peoples say they will do refund from last two months i got the mail also but i haven't received my amount could you please, refund my amount, i am going to sue a complaint on this site if i am not getting my full amount in time.

This company is a fraud and tricked me to open my bank page in the name of providing a job opportunity and tried to take my card details forbthe money and I declined the transaction and call at the right time otherwise they would have taken away entire money from my a/c. Please register this is as a formal complaint and block this company orelse innocent people will end up losing their money.

I got a call from carenaukri.in that my profile is shortlisted for bank jobs i just need to process a payment which is refundable once i clear the interview rounds i had lot of doubts & was really unsure but he convinced me that he would be there in case of anything needed & there won't be any further charges.

I paid 2, 714 rs & they are asking for more money.

I need a refund please assist

This is registered at shine.com and asking more than 3000 rs to create job id. The person name abhishek of his mobile number [protected] is asking more than 3000 money to create job id for confirm job? He was asking money to register me with the company and giving me assured job. He was telling it is mumbai and you will have to pay money for job. It is impossible to believe how can a person get job by paying money?
How much it is correct?

Please refer the below communication with carenaukri.in team they have taken close to 50 thousand in the assurance of job.

With so many followups the refund has not been proceed.

As intimated earlier you have not processed my refund so far, though i had explained you the problem that i am going the credit has not taken place.

If i dont get a call be within next 10 min for the confirmation of the credit i may have to take thise is with ic3

Dear concerned, i have paid total 50 thousand, i am yet to receive the receipt of them also, i was made to pay one by one with influence. Please arrange a call back. I am totally disappointed with the response time, i need landline number to communicate on urgent basis. The kind of customer support you guys are extending is really horrible. One mr. Sanjay was co-ordinating from backend team i am totally disappointed, at-least if you are not able to support call back atleast & try to understand the issues from the consumers. Hi, this is sad part that all the while i had a great respect for naukri website, i have been enjoying my career with the usage of naukri for almost 13 years, suddenly two days back when i went for job search, there was a call from these numbers. 1. [protected] - name sanjay 2. [protected] 3. [protected] stage by stage they have taken close to 50 thousand from my husband's debit card, when i reverted for response these numbers are not active. I spoke to manish today also why is that naukri is not alerting the users on the website how to go for paid services, what will happen on the naukri brand that you have already created upon. Why is that inspite of so many fraud alerts we have not taken the security of the information of each candidate who upload the details to naukri website. We don't know in which situation a candidate will be if money is being taken & if there is no response after that seriously look at the emotional challenge that a candidate go through. I need a serious response on such from your end, what happened to my paymet... I need a reply from your backend support team for this please at the earliest. I have all the proof which talks about my debit, emails that i have received. Thanks & regards bharathi b. Y.

Dear consumer complaint team, consumer protection is very very important many more innocent people are trapped from naukri.com from thier back-end team every day many innocent job seekers are fooled by carenaukri.in like fake website, the moment anyone touch the naukri.com website there will be many called reach to various job seekers from different numbers asking for enrolling the subscription of their various products as these calls are made immediately the moment job seekers looks at the websit eof the naukri.com, all job seekers are trusting the calls & paying money in the speed of getting in to a good job opportunity it is crime they take away money and they don't even respond and give proper receipts

Consumer complint team please take following actions immedaitley.

1. Mass smss to all naukri.com users from naukri alerting the fraud

2. All public media's to be informed to populate this fraud engine happening

3. Posters & banners at bus stations & railway stations

4. News papers add.

Care Naukri Team has called from [protected] and offered some job interviews. For this, they told me to pay Rs. 2714 online. After paying this money online the call got transferred to another person. He asked to pay Rs. 12744 to generate ID activation to schedule interview. I have refused to pay the amount and asked for refund Rs. 2714 money. He asked to pay Rs. 5900 for cancellation. However while taking Rs. 2714 they never mentioned about Rs. 12744 money to schedule the interview.

Please kindly look into this complaint. Thanks.

I was made to pay 50 thousand through online through the website carenaukri.in for job opportunities. By step by step since they promised me that they are refunding this amount i was paying, i realised when they reduced the response time. Carenaukri.in is the website they are using to get such payment i have bank statement which show the debit in my account.

Please arrange to get the refund.

Upon posting my resume in naukri.com, i got a call from carenaukri.in employee saying that my resume got shortlisted in 3 companies. I assumed him to be a naukri employee and hence continued the discussion. He updated me that in order to schedule an interview i need to pay rs. 2714 through their website carenaukri.in ; upon making the payment he convinced me further to pay rs.10, 030 to generate a employee number, which will help the hr of honeywell to identify me.
Yeah! I did that as he convinced me that it's all refundable and is just a security deposit.
He did not stop there, upon completing the second transaction, he further asked me to pay some rs. 8, 300 to complete the process. This time around i became little skeptical and said i need some more time to commit for this. He obliged after lot of discussion. However, when i verified in google and honeywell website, i realized that i was fooled.
When i called him back and asked him to return the deposit back. He said it will take 25 days to 30 days for that to happen.

Please look into this and help me to get the refund.
