Sir, we booked our indane cylinder refill online on 23rd march gas booking no[protected], invoice generated on 26th march no[protected]. It was cancelled by the dealer on 26th. When i called the dealer, they asked us to book again. I booked again on 30th march ref no[protected] on 30th march. On 31st march at 9.53am received sms that it is cancelled due to returned thrice. 2nd april received sms - invoice no[protected] is generated. On calling the dealer, they said your invoice is generated. We will deliver. Since 8th april, they have stopped receiving calls and there is no sign of delivery. This morning we received sms for refund as well. What should we do?

    I Booked Gas on 14 Jan 015 at 11:22 PM got reference no- 335456 by Telephone & I have not received the cylinder even after 17 days passed and it is repeating since last two three times. All telephone No of Gas Agency was not working.Hence it is a request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful help to take necessary action against the monopoly of the Gas Agency. Particulars as under- Consumer Name- Murthy Mob-[protected] Cosumer No-67257 Agency - Cauvery Indane Agency No.415, Maharana Pratap Singh Road, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore - 560036 this is repeating many times where gas is not been delivered on time by this distributor

      Hi Sir, I Rajesh Kumar Sahu had applied for Indane Gas Connection transfer from K K Indane Enterprises(code: 117661) to Cauvery Indane Agency(Code: 117574). I had submitted all the relevant documents to Cauvery Indane Agency on 26-Oct-2013. But till date they are not able to process my transfer. Every time they say Sync Problem. My consumer number with K K Indane was 76236. I had even tried to call Indane Customer Service Bangalore, but no one is picking up the call. Even send mail to [protected]@indianoil.in but reply. Please help me in resolving this issue.         I have shifted bangalore for the past 2 years back. I tranfered the gas connection after some days I went to the above said agency they said waiting some while it will take time I waited for nearly 2 honur after that I called by them and gave some farmalities anfter 5 months I changed my house in the same street from 17 to 529.I gave the address proff (the agreement of house owner and me) but the didnot do immediately and they told that it will take some time after that I met the local delivery man and I informed him they are doing immediately so bring the cylinder to this address he gave us regularly there after 10 months I have changed the house from that line to main road the same mistake is going on now itself they are changing the address and not giving the cylinder too now I have two cylinders from biggining itself from the biggining I did not get the cylinder after compliting one every time I am stragling with them. And also very poor service, very very poor respons from the agency side the employees are over dumped by the emploer bcase. of that they are not doing any thing with full of response
