I bought three (3) EWCs for my house.

Out of which in one (1) of the EWC, a crack had been shown recently.

I had raised the complaint through the Dealer from whom we had brought the CERA items.

But the Service person from CERA who came to check the damage said it was installation damage.

But during installation there was no damage encountered which we had checked before handing over work by the Plumber.

This is no Nail or chipping seen. I want to know on what basis you people say it is an Installation issue.
Is this only because you have included it in your Policy and escape by putting everything on Customers.

You cannot just say that it is installation damage for everything since you have it in your Warranty policy.

It was not at all told to us that you have to get it installed with Cera Service people during buying the Product.

I tried reaching Cera by calling and sending email to [protected]@cera-india.com that is mentioned in website but no one reached me back.

Defect is in S1013207 CEREMONY ONE PIECE CERA.

I am cera customer, i bought a new cera diverter and arrange a plumber for installation. plumber checked and found dish of diverter is not working, Cera comes with 15 years warranty of diverter, i have the bill as well . I raised a complaint on there customer care number [protected]. they are not responding . its been 3 days no one came and unable to talk to any customer care representative. Please help me my construction work is also stuck because of it.

I had installed 2 cera commodes in the year 2017, its been now 2 years and thrice i had to change the flush unit for these commodes as it stopped working.
Twice the seating round pad broke and had to replace them. There is no information provided on the warranty. They keep charging heavily for each replacements. I believe they knowingly fit in low quality flush units to loot there customers.
