This is regarding a major problem in the toilet seats of cera sanitaryware ltd.

As per the companies promise Cera India will provide free service for 7 years for all sanitary ware products. I lodged complaint for leaking of taps 3 times but no response from company. The raised ticket numbers are - 0264549, 0264551, 0268355. Even I written letter to Mr. Premal Patil - Senior Executive (ceracare.[protected]@cera-india.com) but not got any response....
