Hi,
i purchased chandamama book with the order no.19512 for one year subscription. i received properly upto the month of february and i didnt received the book thereafter. i mailed to help desk. but the reply was with no use. i didnt received any copy there after. i kept my order in the month of september only....

We are the subscriber of 1. JR7099 for 3 years, and EC9568 for 4 years .
We have not been regularly given the magazine till 2011 June, then from 2012 we haven't received any issues .
I used to read ambulimama when i was a child and now i want to share this amazing book to my children too, but
since you have not been sending the issues it is very sad ... We request u to extend the subscription...

I have subscribed to Chandamama's English Magazine and paid online through their website for one year subscription on JANUARY 23, 2013. Today is JULY 18, 2013. Even after 7 months of endless calling and writing them emails there is NOT EVEN A SINGLE MAGAZINE I HAVE RECEIVED and no positive reply from them. I m no longer interested to purchase this magazine now. I want my hard earned money back as soon as possible.

Paid money for 1 year subscription on 5th of May 10 but not yet received the copy.

I have paid 300/- online towards the annual subscription of Chandamama English addition on 5th of May. They have given me a reference number immediately after registering and said that the first copy will be sent from the immediate month. Till now we have not received the magazine. When I checked with customer care, they gave some other details for the same reference number. The details are not mine. There is no other way to track my order....

Subscriptions not coming on time or not being received
I took a 5 years plan with Chandamama for both English Chandamama and Junir Chandamama from Jan 2009 and so far I have not received by Feb 2010 or Mar 2010 of both the editions. Also their email response it pitiful and with no remorse.
Also most of the months so far, I have to ask them by email and then they will dispatch after the15th of the month. They do not know how to run a subscription service honestly.
Their latest excuse...
