Huge pile of garbage dumped in motor market Manimarja in front of SCF 387 motor market Manimarja from past few weeks....

Sir, i am a resident of sector 47 a, hno. 236 a, the door to door garbage collector has refused to collect garbage from my house complaining that it contains used diapers and wrapped fecus which she will not accept. Please clarify whether she is right or not. And moreover as per notification mc/moh/ss/2017/10821 dated 31.08.17, they have to charge 80 rupees for mig flats and 5 mrla house. But she is charging 100 rupees. Jer contact number...
