Hello sir today I got a message of traffic challan without any reason. I have not done anything wrong then why this fabricated challan imposed on me. I got this message today and the challan state it is fined on 4 September but i have not done anything wrong.( Traffic Challan No. CH[protected] has been issued against vehicle no. PB16F2309. What is happening in this india corruption corruption. Nothing good at all. Why fined without any validation just because one of your employees have a personal issue with me and my family.

Dear sir / madam,

During office rush hours the volume of traffic from chandigarh to panchkula is huge.

Panchkula bound traffic does not stop at all even after the red light is on and it is turn for other side traffic.

To some extent the blockage created by tempos, rickshaws and other vehicles parked on sector 8 panchkula side.

It is requested that the area within 300 m of all busy crossings be declared as no parking zone.

The red signal jumpers must be challaned.

Vehicles going towards kalka - use manimajra slip road as shunt to bypass the red signal.

I am in Sector 29 B police line office chandigarh
People working here have no value of time as well as no proper inquiry counter is there
Just line is increasing and time is getting wasted
There is no way of doing work systematically just want to do as per there way
Kindly do something
There is no difference between standing here wasting time and harassment

I want to register a complaint against surender singh belt no 726 of chandigarh traffic police who was doing duty at location a. P chowk 7/8-18/19-ps/26. Our challan no is ch[protected] at 2:04 pm on 13/04/19.

I and my husband were fined for the red light jump. First of all the man who was in front o[censored]s on two-wheeler jumped the light and my husband who was driving at that time was stopped by him. The traffic man was rude and asked for documents, we asked him why he has stopped us, he said we jumped the red light, however, we cross while the light was green. This happened around 2:00-2:30 pm on 13/4/19. We asked him that we passed on a green light, he said he has seen the lights from behind the big trees from where no lights are seen. He said i will charge you no matter what. We asked for cctv footage and he didn't answer. We asked how you can say that we jumped red lights when are standing behind trees and lights cannot be seen from that point where they are standing.
He said i had seen that is enough. We gave him my rc in the name of pooja

I want to check the cctv footage first. If we are guilty then we will pay for the challan but if we are not guilty then we want you to ask that inspector about the same. Why he had charged us on the wrong allegation.

It is my request to teach your staff some manners. Kindly look into this matter asap.

Today dated[protected] i am just entering 38-c one of your traffic police forcefully mentioned many offences in my challan list. He has no clarification on challan firstly he said that you crossed the light after that he said regarding the number plate.
He demanded to me r/c and d/l but that time i showed him the photocopy of required documents (D/l of who was driving and r/c of bike), but afterthat he behaved with me very rudely for that reason i ignored to sign on challan book.
For taking revenge he entered many other offences...

today dated 08/03/2019, sector 29-b`s one sub constable or head constable (sh. Randhir singh rana) rudely behaved to me while creating the challan (at ramdabar higway) . He forcefully mentioned many offences in my challan list.
I just wrongly entered into wrong side which am accepting. He demanded to me r/c and d/l but that time i showed him the photocopy of required documents (d/l of who was driving and r/c of bike), but afterthat he behaved with me very rudely for that reason i ignored to sign on challan book.
For taking revenge he entered many other offences on me, in which one of is dangerous driving.
I / who was with me did not done any illegal offence which is against public policy or reckless/dangerous driving.
So, please file an fir/complaint against such respected constable i.E. Sh. Randhir singh rana under section -15 (coercion) compelling a person to enter into cotract under pressure or a threat (threat to not passing out chandigarh area)
and
under section-3 of indian evidence act, 1872 (for dangerous driving)
please look the above request seriously as early as possible

Sir This is to bring to your notice an instance which took place with me today. My name is Tarun Bansal a resident of kotkapura, district faridkot, punjab. Today (dated 21/05/2014) at about 5:25 p.m. I was chalaned by the traffic police department officials in chandigarh wearing belt no. 2042 & 2189 (named janak raj) for the violation of traffic lights near sector 23. Sir, I had crossed the lights with 2 sec. Left on the clock of that light and the traffic official wearing belt no 2042 stopped me after about a 100 mtrs. From that light and said that I had violated the light, when I told him that I was having 2 secs left while crossing the traffic light he didn't listened to me and took my driver's license to Mr. Janak raj(wearing belt no 2189) and who challaned me for the same. There was no CCTV Surveillance over that crossing so that I could justify myself. My chalan book no is 34556 & challan no is 13 Kindly have a look in to this issue

Dear Sir,

This is a complaint regarding unnecessary & egoist harrassment by one of the official of chandigarh traffic police posted at Housing board chowk near panchkula (Person belong to sikh community). Dear Sir, today 26.06.10 at about 07:15 PM , i was driving from my office at sec-8 chd to my residence at panchkula, when at housing board near panchkula i was at spped of 50km/hr and crossed the signal before it converted to yellow signal. In the maenwhile a sikh (Sikh Traffic havaldar) came in front of my car and stoped me. He ingenuinely and rudely told me that have crosse the red light. I very politely replied that gentleman i am aware of all the traffic rules and i know that when i crossed the line it was green and when i just reached the line @ 50km/hr and light is green the it is not advsed to have a sidden brake as it can be unsafe both for me as well as the vehicle ahead as well as in front of my vehicle because @ 50km/hr, there is some braking distance which is safe and it was just green, then why should i stop. That gentleman very rudely replied that "i know what is right or wrong, i will challan and i don;t care about any statement given by you, i am a policeman and i can do whatever i want to do, you can't do anything". I again requested him and told him that i am not a new driver and i know when to cross the road and i always drive as per traffic rules and this time also i am driving as per rules and regulations of the traffic, but that sikh havaldar was not listening and was becoming very egoist. The policeman with him also tried to explain something to him, but he straightway told him that be in your limits, i am your senior and whatever i am saying is always right, that gentleman very shamefully went aside, he was also not happy with the response of his senior. I kept on requesting him that i have done no wrong, but he kept on replying me that i'll do as per by wish and also using some abusive language that i can not write in this mail. That havaldar being an elder person, i at the end stop telling anything and he give me a chalan note and kept my licence with him and told me very harshly that now go to sec-29 and get the licence from there. I took the challan and went to home. Dear Sir, it is very shameful for the reputation of the such as reputed chandigarh traffic police that such persons like that sikh traffic havaldar is working as per his own ego and his own wish. I have no issues about going to sec-29 and get my licence by paying the fine, but my only request is that such officials should be questioned by the higjer officials of the police about not to harras the common people and not to do misuse of their uniform. Hope some srtict actions will be taken against that policeman so that in future he should not ingenuinely harras the common people and should not misuse his powers.

the traffic police personal challaned me when there was still green light...i wana fight on this issue that they can't unneccessarily harass customers...some1 has to stand now...i wana fight with this unruly system
