Dear Sir/Mam,

My consumer ID is 21213 and I have booked a gas cylinder on 25th Mar, 14 and also got confirmation on my mobile on 1st Apr, 14 with a refill booking number [protected]. But after 4 days(4th Apr, 14) I have got a message that my booking got cancel. And we are facing this same situation since many months.

Kindly look into this matter and find out the issue. And please provide us with our gas cylinders...
