12th board registration fee

The actual cost of 12th board exam registration fee is rs.1500 for cbse but my school is asking the students to pay rs.3000 which is double the actual fee and they didn't tell us any reason for doing that.
They even charge us extra for the olympiads than the original fee for it and they force every student to pay for it even if they are not interested in it and if the child doesn't pay for it, then he/she is scolded.

My son is studying in chettinad vidyashram (Ra puram, chennai-26) std12. As per the government order, all schools of the state should reopen only on june 7. But when we called the school today, they are saying that for std 12, school reopens on june 1st and students should wear colour dress and the timings are from 8 am - 2:30 pm. The students would suffer a lot because of high temperatures. What is the use of government...
