Club india named company girl shivani called me to join their club and old me that i have to do massage tan sex with high profile women who r divorced or nt satisfied with husband and family so I was jobless due to corona pandemic so i showed up interest in the club, then she asked me to pay joining fee 2500rs in acct RAM BHAROSA IDBI BANK, A/C NO.[protected], IFSC CODE- IBKL 0001411, so i thought its one time, and she promised me that in meeting i will get 20000 in cash, i need job so i thought my joining fee will be cover in 1st meeting, when i paid 2500rs then she sent me a text of my id and meeting girl no. Name somya Ur id- paramveer3500035XXX, somyamam [protected], she called me and she said she will meet me in hotel, i said yes too, but she demanded that she will nt use local condoms, so she told me that their club has medical department which can provide cream gel and condoms of company American gamma which r safe, when i contacted them a dr girl name Ravinder said me to that the product cost is 15500rs and somya also said me that she will pay all money apart from 20000, i thought its one time investment, so i somehow deposited 15500 in MANJU BEGUM UNION BANK OF INDIA A/C no.[protected] IFSC CODE-UBIN0554995, but now somya and shivani said that they want another product which is used for sex, then dr Ravinder told me that that product will cost 32000, i gave up that i dont have money, the meeting did nt held, then shivani offered me to help 3000 from her side, next day she called me and to arrange money, i thought to make my return money i hav to pay so i did transactions of 5000 and 9000 rs after that somya said she is busy in meeting and cant meet, i said to shivani return my money, she said cant return before 72 hours, i waited but then she transferred my call to acct department where vidya told me that pay cancelation charges of 22500 more otherwise wait for 1 month to get money, i need money, i borrowed money at 5 percent intrest and deposited but after that they did nt pick call and here and there, i lost 52000 rs of mine, plz help me, now i paying interest

After that she made a call from lady called somya mobile [protected], she talked to me that she want service from me physical relations and massage, and i will get 20000 rs in cash per meeting, i was in hurry to make money, but now i am regretted by taking that talk, after this shivani called me and said they have joining fee of 2500rs for 3 months, i thought its nt too much she sent me acct no of their md ram bharosa (acct_RAM BHAROSA IDBI BANK, A/C NO.[protected], IFSC CODE- IBKL 0001411) i deposits 2500rs.then the meeting girl somya called me and talk dirty and said she wont use local condoms for meeting as their club has medical department, so i have to purchase products of company american gamma which is safe for her, then shivani called me and transferred my call to their medical department where a dr. Named ravinder kaur told me their American gamma product has a value of 15500rs i shocked, but somya refuse to meet until she gets this product, then shivani convinced me that its 1st meet u will get lot of money, so if i want to make money pay 15500 rs otherwise 2500rs is gone. So i borrowed money anyhow and shivani sent detail of another acct MANJU BEGUM UNION BANK OF INDIA A/C no.[protected] IFSC CODE-UBIN0554995. So i deposits 15500rs by paytm, then somya called me and said the product is nt right and she has to reconfirm, when i again called shivani she transferred call to dr ravinder she said somya is demanding another sex gels which is costly and i have to pay 32000 rs in manju begam acct, i told her and shivani i dont have money, so that day meeting nt done due to products, then next day i want my money back so i called shivani she said sir arrange money as she can't arrange another meeting before 3 days, i said i dont have money and i already borrowed from friends but she said madam is willing to meet, she also try to help me by arranging 3000 from her side and she said from 20000 u have to give her 6000 as commission, i said done, i am so worried about my money that i have to do meeting if i want my money back so next day i deposit 9000 and after that 5000 in MANJU BEGUM UNION BANK OF INDIA A/C no.[protected] IFSC CODE-UBIN0554995. The product cost fulfilled and now i talk to somya she said she is in meeting so she cant meet, then its 72 hours meeting nt done so i ask shivani to return money as meeting is nt done, then she transferred my call to acct department girl name vidya said i have to pay 22500rs as meeting cancelation fee, oh my god i am out of my mind, where i got stuck, but what should I do, i took 20000 on interest 5percent and thought my all money will return, but it is biggest mistake of my life, nothing has returned, no meeting, all fraud, club india looted me and i am now paying interest also, plz don't believe in online friendship call or clubs i lost 52000 rs

Hi Team - I had purchased a Membership from CLUB INDIAA on 18th August 2014 with reference to their promised service. I asked them for a detailed mail or proof of providing me the promised service. They told me that those will be shared as a BOND with all the details in it. After a day of purchase, when i try to contact them and they never attended my call or responded back. So i tried to raise a dispute in my bank against them and i did...

depaid 16000 for lifetime membership card. They are not providing services. Also they are not responding my call. I asked refund for which i havent taken any services. Also they said its 0% emi but bank has charged me 810 rs I asked for refund and they said it will take 45 days but it almost 30 days I asked the status and now they saying not possible Please help me

We are a guys of 10 and were interested in this offer . They told it was 18, 000 and 40 days tour n stuff. We didn't knew this was a forgery company because we thought the name is Club India. Found out that these guys are cheating us so tried to catch these with one of our friends and bring that guy to whom we paid but he somehow smelled that there's something wrong and he backed off. The guy to whom we paid is MAHESH. Luckily my friends colleague got a call from club INDIAA. So win made a executive(Prasanth) come here, we caught hold of him and Informed him to bring the manager and executive to whom we paid. But he complained in police by making his manager of adyar office come, the police didn't take our complaint. We need help from those who has lost

Pls don't Fall for there good comments that are all posted by there own employees of club indiaa. Be care full. They don't have Proper website they will say we uploading photos we have tie-up with 2 lakh resorts across India we have tie-up with sahara group. When executive come to your place he doesn't have an ID card of Club Indiaa. Pls friends Don't be a pray for them. They Will promise you some Unexpected services which you can't even imagine those services can be availed for a cheaper amount(here you will get attracted and you will be teased to buy the membership). If they promise you some special services please ask them to send it from their official Mail id describing it clearly or get it in written format from the clubindiaa letter pad with authorized seal and signature(Ask them to mention each and every thing that they promised you over the phone) after confirming it then go forit even if they failed to provide you go legaly or you can raise Dispute in the bank. People who are calling are not directly from club indiaa they are from DSA but they will say they are directly from club indiaa, If you see the bad comment from the website They will try to convince you by saying previous it is hold by DSA now we are directly from club indiaa so no need to worry.They will give you a false promises to take the membership after taking it you will not be able to contact them. They are a Big time cheater. If you have done the transaction through Credit/debit card please raise dispute with in 45 days from the transaction date stating that they have cheated you with false promises and they dint full fill the services that they Promised and follow the bank instructions. All the good Comments are posted by there own Employees. My friends pls don't buy this membership your hard earned money will be looted by this clubindiaa people and there DSA people.

They are a club of cheaters.
Promisu you all services at their resorts for no additional charges nor any taxes.
Once the money is payed - (Rs 8000).
They change their words.
Dont respond to our phone calls,
Keep giving new numbers to call.
Refuse to refund/cancell the amount paid.
Claim to be part of sahar group which itself is a fraud company with their owner behind bars for rs 20, 000 crores scam.

clubindiaa is a fraud company don't fall for there false promises. They will promise you some unexpected services and after becoming a member they will coolly say its not part of our service. Pls don't Fall for there good comments that are all posted by there own employees of club indiaa. Be carefull. Thanks friends, am also got a call from the same CLUB INDIAA name Nandhini ([protected] & [protected]) they give a so many offers (rs.4500 Diwali Crackers, Home Theatre, every month 2nos. movie tickets & offer for massage centre, hotel accomodation in out station) but am not fall down for this things. I just think y the club giving so much offers and free gifts. just enter the club name and search the web site and i got the result. the fraud & cheated company.

This is regarding a platinum card membership with club indiaa, tambaram, ecr. Website : http://www.clubindiaa.com. i have paid rs 18000 from credit card which their sales executive mr. Santhosh told will be converted in emi for 2 years. But for me it was not converted to emi & i had to pay the full amount in my next billing statement. I have been following up with them for more than 1 n half months but till now they have not taken any action. That sales executive mobile number is always out of reach & recently i found it deactivated. Santhosh is the executive came. Once when i visited tambaram resort, i was shocked to see the resort. Its just a small house with just 6 rooms, a tub named as swimming pool. I stayed a whole night in a hell. With snakes around the house. I asked for food and they said ther is no chef. They brought idli from kundrathur road side shop, which was worst. They charged 10 rs for each piece. For this worst day @ this resort, i asked a booking for nearly 2 weeks. Every time i call them, they tell they will book, but no action. On further investigation i found that, club indiaa is none other than " the classic clubs and resorts ". Since more complaints are posted in consumer complaints, they changed the name to club indiaa. They say they have a own resort @ ecr. But its just an afflation. At ecr " royal beach resort " is the worst resort i've ever seen in my life time. So my dear friends, i[censored]r interested in getting a club membership, please go visit to this resort and the enroll a membership. I[censored] have already paid via credit card, please give a charge back as i did.
Charge back = call to the bank and say that club indiaa as cheated me in swiping my credit card without my knowledge, and ask for a charge back. Follow the procedure as the bank says. U will get back your money within a week. Its 100% sure of getting back the money.

Next product = green slim studio
Their next product is supposed to " green slim studio ". Membership amount is around 5999/-.

-12 massage coupons (Free)
-gym facility free.
But they don't have a gym. Every free massage is charged @ rs[protected].
Normally a massage in a parlor is just 1100/-

On 31st Of May (salary day), Club india representative named Manjula(Ph no : [protected]) called me and offered a club membership worth 45K for 18K. Along with this, she promised many offers, which includes a free samsung mobile, which I never recieved. Since I preferred to pay by EMI, and none of my credit card has a balance, I rejected the offer. She said, she can give emi on my debit card, which I said EMI on debit card is something which I have never heared. She argued with me, and said club india does this. Even the agent named Prasanth ( ph : [protected]) who came to my office to collect the amount with the swiping machine, promised me the same. To Manjula and Prasanth, I confirmed 100 times whether this is possible, They both promised me every time I raised this querry.

Now I am made to rotate in circles for sorting this out. Calling their customer care is utter waste[protected],[protected]. Every time, new new advisors are attending my call, to whom I have to explain the whole story from the scratch. When one advisor says that its a machine fault due to which they cant activate EMI in a debit card, the other says EMI can never be done on a debit card. The most annoying part is they dont have a cancellation. I have not used those coupons and membership card which they provided me. Please help me to get this cancelled and get the money returned ASAP.

Club indiaa is a big time cheating company , i request people not to buy the life time membership.. they will offer u for 12000, 15000, 18000 and some time they will say there is an offer and will give u for 10000 also.. please do not buy the membership and lose u r money. they will never provide you any service, I bought my membership on last April and till now they are not even picking my phone.

They promised that they will provide me free movie tickets and gift voucher for mega mart,, but till now i didnt get anything.. they also said they will convert my credit card payment in to EMI but still now they didnt do it at the same time they didnt even respond to my phone call.. the dont have any customer database.. i[censored] expect good service from them for the money u spent u will end up in getting a plastic ugly membership card.thats it.. Please dont believe the guys from Club Indiaa. They are no.1 Cheaters in the world. They tell that they have 1 resort in ECR and Tambaram but nothing is of their own. I lost 10k paying full membership and am a victim of all false promises (Free Stay, Candle Light Dinner, Ooty / Kodai trip, massage coupons). Now while asking them, they cut my call and dont respond at all.

Dear all,

I got a phone call from Devi - Manager in Sales of Club Indiaa.

She gave the below promises,

1. Life time membership for Rs.18000
2. Sahara club tie up card
3. Add on card
4. Free Vacations for every 6 month for first two year
5. Candle light dinner, megamart coupons, Hometheater 5.1 speakers
6. EMI conversions and giving back the cheque for the extra charged amount

She promised that all this will be done within a week of time and this is a discounted price only for today.

So, I paid through the executive (he had a swipeing machine) the same day evening.

After that there was no response from anyone.

The customer care service is pathetic. No track of which customer is calling and how many times a customer called.

Always gives the false promise by saying it will be taken care in couple of days.

Not a SINGLE thing was done so far.

I tried calling them for past 2 months. NO USE. MY MONEY GONE.

Please let me know how can i move forward and get my money back from them. Is it possible to stop this fraud company to cheat more people?
