Leakage from the terrace

Hi, I stay on the top floor of a building, last monsoon we had water leakage problem from the terrace and parapeet area. we wrote to the society and also had a general body meeting regarding the repair of the terrace premises. The society members did not agree to carry out repairs as they are not facing the water leaking problem. Please let me know under what clause we can force the society to carry out repairs....

Harassment by the society board
I have a flat in a building in Andheri which is leased to a software company. The company uses the same to house their outstation recruits until they find accomodation elsewhere and also visiting employees.
The Chairman now refuses to allow the tenant to enter saying that the house cannot be used in thi fashion. It has to be leased to a family only.
I wish to take legal action against the board and the chairman...

We would like to inform you that recently we have received the property tax bill from Nallasopara Nagarparishad asking to pay the tax before March 2008 & we have forwarded the bill to the Builder M/s Kamdar Enterprises, Proprietor Mr.Suresh Kamdar having the office at Shripal shopping Centre, Virar (W), Dist.Thane.& Residence address :- 94, Roop Darshan bldg.9th floor C.D.Barfiwala marg, Andheri (W), ...
