Not providing support in PF withdrawal issue
I was deputed to UK Location from Cognizant India starting Sep-2018.
I left Cognizant UK on Oct-2021 and joined another organization in UK iteself.
After waiting for 30 days, I filled online PF/Pension withdrawal form ( Nov-2021 ) but it got rejected to Non-Contribution-Period issue.
Since I was in UK since Sep-2018, there was no PF contribution from Cognizant India since Sep-2018.
EPFO is complaining about this Non Contribution Period.
Since Nov-2021, I have been following with Cognizant India regarding my PF withdrawal issue ( [protected]@cognizant.com ).
From Last 3 weeks, [protected]@cognizant.com - has stopped responding to my emails.
Even the three escalation point of contancts mentioned below has stopped responding to my queries.
Level 1: Selvaganapathy.[protected]@cognizant.com
Level 2: Abhishek.[protected]@cognizant.com
Level 3: Prakash.[protected]@cognizant.com
From Nov-21, its been 7 months now.
How long I need to wait for my PF ?
Why there is no response from below contancts :

Level 1: Selvaganapathy.[protected]@cognizant.com
Level 2: Abhishek.[protected]@cognizant.com
Level 3: Prakash.[protected]@cognizant.com
Please help me in getting my PF withdrawn asap.

I am an employee of Cognizant from 18th Feb 2005 to 9th Oct 2015 with associate ID 122528. I am able to see the provident fund account number in Cognizant payslips. But unfortunately Cognizant does not share UAN number of the PF portal to employees. I need this number to transfer my PF to my present employer. Thank you. Please send the UAN number of my provident fund account to [protected] and link this number to the same UAN number....
