Fake Profile
The member who supposedly sent me an interest as a free member has not disclosed her telephone number even after my acceptance of her interest in my profile nor has she contacted even after my disclosure of my telephone number. There is therefore sufficient reason to believe that this profile was posted the sales team of communitymatrimony.com as a fake profile to lure me to buy the subscription of Premium Gold Membership in order to view the number. However even after paying the membership the member did not allow me to view the number which shows that the profile was created by the Sales Team to lure me into subscribing with them. After confrontation they simply told me to forget the girl and move ahead with other profiles.

Marriage Package payment made and same day requesting for Refund

Good evening Sir, I made a payment for the gold package on CommunityMatrimony.com for their services. But the services are not as promised and exactly the same as free one they offer. I tried contacting the customer care both through mail and mobile and the executive on the phone said write a mail to their helpdesk and the money shall be refunded. I tried that and from past 3 days i am writing to them and they are forcing me to continue using the services which i don't intend to and they have replied that they will not refund the money. Kindly help me get the refund. As customers must not be forced to use the services. I'll be really grateful to you.

Having problems with uploading photo itself

Have subscribed for paid membership in naidu matrimony on dec2021. When i tried to upload my profile photos, with in a day it get removed and shown like "Image not available" and also most of partner profile pictures also not available. But they are charging 4000rs for 3months plan. Basic things itself not working properly, but they were charging high amount. Seems like it is a big scam. Have tried to raise a concern more than 50times, still those issues not get resolved. Pls don't prefer these kind of applications.

Further have paid ₹700/..for Astromatch on 4-12-'21.Complaints had been registered with help desk. Token number CBS 14165244.Further the token number CBS 14168964.So far Astromatch not enabled. Pse get it enabled.

I’ve paid 9400 INR 6 days back for Twin package to activate my Nadar Matrimoney, and Tamil Matrimoney. Kamali from support team called assisted me and Manju who is CC send the link to pay money. Only my Nadar matrimoney is activated but still now my tamil matrimoney id is not yet active. Just I need clarification it’s kind of money scam because when I call them back I didn’t get proper response or they will disconnect immediately without any response. Please Return my money back atleast for Tamil matrimoney ID. Or confirm here that your not responsible. I would like to take legal action / cyber compliant I’m not sure how many of them lost their money like this . How many of them got cheated like this.
Anand from support team is very rude. He clearly mentioned this not his responsibility only collecting money is his work. It’s really weird and I need money back. Or compensation for eating my time.
Every day they will simply reply you definitely don't get your money back please don't fall for them. Don't spend even one rupees.

Very bad style of talking and they are arguing too much
A staff called me now and told me to activate my service.. I told her that let me watch it and if we got any perfect interest i will contact them. She was again again compelling me to make payment. U know one thing? I have installed bharath matrimony, christian matrimony, kerala.matrimony, m4matrimony in my mobile. I didnt recieved this type o[censored]nqualified call from any of their staffs till now.. Ur customer handling is very bad.. Please take proper action towards this. Other wise u will loose good customers like us. Bcs iam not installed the app for a time pass.. We are looking it very seriously and checking it daily.. Please take appropriate actions or warning towards that cultureless lady who talked with me.

I paid 26 usd for 3 months subscription. After 3 months they deducted 110 usd without permission citing auto renewal. How come you deducted 110 usd when it was 26 usd.

When i only have paid 29 usd for 3 months subscription, then how come you deducted 110 usd by saying its auto renewal. There is no option to cancel renewal as the website does not show any link to it.

We had subscribed to iyer community matrimony, brahmin matrimony and bharat tamil matrimony and had been regularly paying huge amounts to you every quarter for the last several years. However we deeply regret to note that servicesof iyer matrimony were extremely poor and now tney have resorted to harassing your customers by withholding and blocking services after obtaining full payment from customers.
We have made various phone calls to one mr. Mustafa of community matrimony and also sent various emails to iyer matrimony for the last 8/9 days almost on a daily basis continuously informing them that though we have paid the full amount to them and also confirmed by their officials, for utilising "astromatch", they had had suddenly blocked access to "astromatch" (Error: b10) after allowing us access for 6/7 days, from the date of initial payment, though sufficient balance is available. Their officials (Mr. Mustafa) on enquiry over phone had confirmed that blockade was wrongly done and that they are following up with your back office for activating "astromatch" to enable us to utilise the said services for which we had paid the full amount. However so far they had not taken any action in the matter other than giving false assurances to rectify their mistake

I today got a call around 5:30 am for a transaction in which i never allowed the transaction but 11000 rupees were deducted from my credit card.

withdraw money from credit card without permission

I had bought a 6 month subscription for my sister last year and specifically did not ask for any renewal. However, to my surprise an amount of 204£ got deducted from my bank account.
I see this as violation of my authority - you should not keep my bank details and you should also not renew this subscription without my consent. I paid this for my sister last year and we are not any more interested in this service.
Please refund the amount that you deduced.
It is absolutely not right to take people's money without their consent and to store their card information in your database.
I specifically did not select for auto renewal. Infact 6 months ago after my subscript got over, i noticed that they had auto renewal on. I categorically switched it off. They sent an email 8 hours before auto-renewal (2am) and,. It was night in uk and i did not notice that email. By morning 10 am they had deducted 204£ from my account.
I feel extremely violated and cheated by community matrimony. You cannot simply take payment from people without asking them. And it is a huge amount of money for me.
Please return my money at the earliest. Otherwise, i will put forward a formal complaint to the uk and india consumer protection and rights for this activity by your company. Please do not delay as i need the money urgently.

(Matrimony id[protected] deduction of 288 usd + 117 usd=405 usd from the credit card without not taken permission from the card holder and at the same time ernakulam branch staffs are lying regarding the payment.

community matrimony staff used unparlimentary words, very unjust, loot our money
Dear all, NEVER SPEND your hard earned money in community matrimony especially Iyer or Brahmin matrimony. The service is absolutely poor. The staff members might call you n number of times to register with their website. Especially the people sitting at Guidy are very unprofessional. They would cheat you after receiving your money. After investing 25000 rupees in community matrimony so far we haven't received any service from them. We are not even able to view the matching profile's contact details. They gave us false promises and wasted our time and money. It is more than 2 months now we are unable to use their service. When we tried to contact their customer support team community matrimony telephone staffs used very unparliamentary words, abused us over phone, they refused to refund our money also denied to provide the promissed service. VERY WORST MATRIMONY. NEVER INVEST YOUR MONEY. VERY VERY VERY WORST CHEATS. Please trust me and never get into the bad experience with such unprofessional and fake matrimony like us.

worst service and process
Paid for diamond plan and they reached to upgrade for till to marry with same amount. But was asking $351 to paid and they said it wont be charged, but it does and following up with them to get my money back for two weeks. They will say every time its in process but nothing is happening. Do not register or pay for this site. Total waste of money. Don't know where else to complaint about this worst service

We are deposited the amount of money the party account and they peoples are not receiving any call and mails and we are not taking any positive respond so kindly complaint to that party to and back my payment as soon as possible beacuse i am not satisfying there services and contact that party for related query

My i'd no. Dhe108398 with devangamatrimony is a pain in #. Having paid for three months services this year was of no use when their manager trapped us with all golden words and false promise yet again for the assisted services on june 17. These managers are manikandan and poornima. It is over 2 months of following and every time they give me 3 -4 new profiles with no further result or action this is the most pathetic experience can somebody look into such cases and take a serious and sincere step towards the anxiety of the parents who are wasting their hard earned money and are desperately waiting for the wedding for happen and misguide you by giving false information about the services. Once they receive the money, they don't even care to response to ur calls or have any concern to deliver what they committed to us. Even after raising the complaint, the executives are forcing us to hold the account even if they fail to deliver the service as promised. They don't even intimate the refund. Wat the hell!! They are charging us just for their own in capabilities. They have done activation on a dead account saying they l transfer to another account later. Which they failed to do and now they forcing me to use it. There is no strict action taken to give justice to their customers. I want my money back

Iam using padmasali matrimony from 6 months. The site is completely miss guiding the customers. Their own customer care people don't have knowledge in some issues related to site regarding usage. Each one says their own analogy in analysing a tab called who viewed my profile, the reason is they don't maintain it clearly with time and date which is being misused by some persons. Icleary wrote a mail addressing all the issues i observed, chst care people are not accepting this as their fault. It took 1 hr to me to let them accept by showing many proofs. They pose all the problems on the customer instead of solving the issue. They are playing with emotions. If they don't have plan to run the site properly, better close the site. Why a common man should suffer from these kind of worst sites in such a competitive world. Is any other site in india working on community base?? Please share if any one knows.

Making money on peoples sentiments

I had a call from community matrimony site that they are offering me combo both iyer matrimony and brahmin matrimony gold access for rs.3111. I was regularly being called the whole day so that I make the payment. The Matrimonial executive guided me through payment for tamil matrimony. I was told that he will update brahmin matrimony website too and he hung up. I logged in into brahmin matrimony but even after hours I was still a free member and not a gold member. When I called them back they started saying the concerned executive is not available at the moment and another person started started talking . He said there is no combo offer and you need to make payment again for brahmin matrimony.
Please do not fall into traps of the executive. They just want to sell the products and once u make payment you are as good as non existent to them.

I paid twin pack for both Tamil and christian matrimony at Christian matrimony website. They are still not activating Tamil matrimony. Cheating for 6 days. Always saying problem will get solved tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. Worst service.

Fake promises of membership benefits by communitymatrimony.com!

CommunityMatrimony.com claims to be the only portal in the history of online matrimony to provide matrimony services solely based on community. Apparently it has 350+ dedicated portals for various communities. Actually they are nothing but a fraud machine. Once you create an account on any of their sites (agarwalmatrimony, baniyamatrimony, etc), you start getting regular calls from their agents promising access to multiple community sites, increased number of contacts you can make, increased number of days for which the membership would be valid, etc. The process continues until you concede and finally pay for membership.
In my case, soon after I created an account on Agarwal Matrimony sometime in December, Mr. Sandeep Jaiswal of their Mumbai office[protected] and other agents started contacting me. 6 months of such calls and many promises (from their side) later, I finally agreed to take membership in June. A few days later their local contact person arrived at my home to collect the check, wherein he again confirmed all the benefits that we would be getting. Other details follow:
Membership opted for: Gold Membership
Date on which membership taken: 12/06/14
Money paid: Rs. 2500
Promised
• Access to Agarwal matrimony and Baniya matrimony
• Ability to see numbers of 65 people for 100 days on both the sites
• Authentic profiles and working numbers
Given
• Access only to Agarwal matrimony
• Ability to see numbers of 50 people for 88 days
• Most of the numbers that I called turned out to be fake/out of existence
We contacted the local office at Shop no. 102, Ground Floor, Victoria II, Fortaleza, Kalyani Nagar, Pune-06. No.[protected], but all we got was empty assurances about fixing things. Till date I have not got paid member’s access to baniyamatrimony and other things they promised.
Beware of these fraudsters!!
Do not opt for paid membership option of any of the sites under community matrimony group. Before payment they agree to all the customers’ terms and conditions but once they get their money half of the promises are undelivered. Needless to say customer care executive/agents go back on their words saying that nothing can be done.
