I had placed order for herbal powders henna and indigo to m/s yogi globals by mail (Yogi globals) to mr ritwik yogi on november 11, 2018. I received the reply on nov 27, 2018 asking me for payment of rs 4266. I made the payment through bank transfer on nov 28, 2018. And received mail from mr yogi stating that the order will be despatched within 2-4 working days and the despatch details will be sent for my follow up. It's now been 10 days...

We paid on 17th of October to the company 1620 USD. After paying the company stopped to communicate and we haven´t already received the goods yet.
