As it was my summer vacation and i had nothing to do so i thought of doing some freelancing and earning some extra pocket money. So i applied to this company and i got a call from one virat saxsena and he said that the company was geniune and it can be trusted and as they provided me with legal bond paper i thought that it is genuine and i said i'm interested
But later when i couldn't find any website of the company i mailed them regarding this and i didn't get and reply
But after a month one manpreet kaur called me and said that i have to pay utility charges and i didn't complete the work as it was my fault i paid the money but even after that they kept calling and were asking for more money and said that they would file a case against me if i won't pay
I qas scared and paid whatever was asked
Again after a month or so i got a call from kapil adhikari saying that i have to pay to close my case
But now i don't know what to do as they are asking me. For more money

This is a mental torture and is effecting my studies and those people know that i'm a student and still they looted me without even thinking about how it'll effect me, idk how can someone be so inhuman i just hope karma hit them so bad that they regret doing such inhuman thing to kids who cry in front of them.

And idk even if this site is real or fake

I'm chris from telangana, on july 12th i got a call from the company named crossway technology with regard to completing 12000 captchas in 12 days. I started the work but after few days i have read the complaints against the company for its fraudulent activities so i didn't do.

I got messages through whatsapp and gmail about my failure to do the work. But i ignored and didn't care.

Today on 6th october after 2 months i got a message from the person who claims to be a lawyer and he messaged me about my failure to do the work. But i ignored and didn't see and blocked his number to avoid further disturbing calls and messages.

So sir/maam, i request you to take necessary steps to protect innocent people from those fraudsters who are using law to rob money in the name of penalty. Because we know that even if we did complete the work they claim that we didn't do it.

I did not pay a single amount because we realised that the agreement is completely fake. But i feel sorry for those people who paid the money because of fear of being sued.

I am an advocate enrolled under delhi bar council. This company is really a scam it makes fool of people who are needy for jobs at home. One day they called me and provide work i. E 12000 captcha for 12 days but their site never works. The company's lawyer repeatedly call me and ask me to pay 6000rs. As penalty for non completion of work and said that if i don't pay they will file a case aginst me for misappropriation and i paid 6000 rs. To the company.

Sir help me please in taking back my money which i have paid to company and avoiding the further fake calls from the company.

First i would like to bring your attention to certain aspects. This company does not have a proper website and when i started doubting about this company and asked the helpline via mail
For the same, they said that they don't have a website and that i have to see it for my self on the net. Then next main thing is that this company mentions that its based in maharashtra but actually on true caller all the numbers are of gujarat. Even on true caller the number has 62 spams. Their helpline number never picked up even a single call of mine and they dont keep a record of the work that we do. I was given my id for the work only after i pestered them continuously for 2 days. We have no idea how much data we have entered they have no systematic approach, they can fool us that we have done data entry of only 200 articles while we would have entered a 1000 articles. There is no report of how much we have done. All i want to say is that this company is a scam and i have to opt out of this and they are now telling us to a pay an amount of 6000 rs.
Desirable resolution - kindly help me out of this and cancel the agreement without payment of 6000rs. These people are just making fool of college kids like me and other needy people. And please report this company as it is just a scam.

Very much similar to other complains on this company. I was also asked for an ID & then when I could not finish the work I was asked to pay 6000. When paid I was asked to pay 10950 to end the agreement. Now I m being asked for more money 10500 to come & sign something in Aurangabad. Everytime they keep calling and threaten in the name of law & court case. They have sent something on my address which is not yet received and have send a speed post again today. They clicked images of envelope being sent to me & send through whatsapp just to threaten me more.

I want to complaint against croosway technology... I have recieved a call on 20 july from a company called sc technology.. They said that they will provide captcha work to me... They made a contaract with me in which they mention that i have to fill 12000 captcha in 12 days otherwise i have to pay 6000 rupees nd made contarct with me... I have not signed that contract.. After i started the work... After 3-4 days.. They submit report for that work.. When i check that report then i found that they cheated with me.. As in that report.. Those captcha are not the same as i filled in the website... I mailed them then they tell me that their concern will call me.. After 12 days completion.. Today on 5 august they mail me and said to pay me 6000 rupess.. I denied then they said that they will go legally against me.. Now they are not even talking to me.. And not picking my call... What should i do now.. Help me

I am student and I need for money so I have watched a job on quiker 18th july. After this A ma'am name khushi called me and told me to do work on their website. She told me about work and when I asked that I would invest any money for this job then she said me no. That's why i agreed to work on their website I got an email with an agreement which was fake, that time I didn't know so I accepted it. Their site was slow so I have decided not to work on their site. I have also tried to contact them but i didn't get any response from anyone. After 12days an advocate msg me on whatsapp who is telling me that I am an advocate of crossway technology and you didn't complete 12000 captcha in 12days so you will need to pay Rs.9000 otherwise our company will file a complain against you and you will have to meet in court. He is also harassing me and threatening me to pay money and calling me..

This is a fake company, demanding for money in return of writing captcha on internet, i made them many calls but none of them were answered after they sent me a contract, now they are asking for 6000 rupees. Also searched on internet and have seen many complaints against this company, kindly help and stop them from calling me and sending me mails. Please help. Company address is also fake. I got a call from a lady saying she is from crossway technology and that her company will provide me a home based work. She said that there is nothing like registration fee or any sort of such thing, to which i agreed. She asked for my details which i provided. After that, she send me a mail saying i have to pay rs. 6000/- an id was sent from different mail but work was not given. I text her but it was failed. After which she send a mail saying i will get the work after 1/2 pm but it didn't happened. Only after the next day, i got it. So, i started the work, but the update and my work doesn't match. I have done 4000 but update says 900 something with more than 300 incorrect. After seeing how it is i completely stopped the work but i am receiving different mails saying i have to pay rs.6000/- or that my case could be legally register. I got message from a man saying he is an advocate and so may others. Please save me from this fraud sir/mam.

I got a call from this company regarding filling captcha as a part time job.
I had to fill 12000 captcha in 12 days for that they promised to pay me 24000 thousand.
I was so needy that i said yes that i m interested.
Then they asked me to send my i'd proof and email to them.
And they made an affidavit and send it to my email id.
And my work started by next day sir i completed more than 12000 thousand captcha. Now there are saying that have not complete your work and you have to pay penalty. And i have proof have they changing my capcha.
When i complaint about that they send me mail to contact through that but i got no solution.
Now they are harassing me to pay 6000 to the company otherwise they will take legal action against me..

As i had a long summer vacation, i decided to do some freelance work. I listed my cv on quickrjobs. Soon after i got a call from some siya patel. She offered me a work from home captcha filling job. She even convinced me to sign the agreement with a conviction that it’s an easy task and lot of people have completed this in the past.

As i started the work, i realised it’s a sham. The website wasn’t secured, it was using a badly prepared form made using ms access. The captcha i was filling was illegible, totally different from the demo i was shown. I backed out.

Now 12 days later, a manpreet kaur, apparently an advocate of the company calls me up saying i have to pay ₹6100 for registration. I read the agreement and realised my folly, and being familiar with contract act, i duly obliged as it was my mistake that i didn’t read the agreement.

But that was not the end of it, soon after a man calls up saying i have to continue this work for 11 months, as was mentioned in the contract. I said i don’t want to, i have paid the registration fees as was required and now i back out. He then goes on to say that i have to pay ₹12200 to rescind my contract, though there was no mention of it. He added i had to clear the payment or face legal action. This was blatant harassment and exploitation. Being from a respected family i cleared the payment as i didn’t want any litigation. But now it turns out they have been doing this to masses of people and it’s not just me. Youth are being looted by this sham of a company under the guise of law.

I therefore request you to kindly initiate action against this company or many more gullible youth will fall victim to it. Please help us.

I was told that 1000 captchas will complete in 1 hr bt it takes so much time to submit a captcha. Whatever these are secondary things. But when i started i saw captcha was not properly visible and amount of captcha i am filling was not mentioning so i called them but they were not answering. After 12 days a person called me and said i am advocate and a case is filed against me and asked me for money rs 6000 penalty charge and 1950rs for cancel case against me. I paid them 7950rs so again they called me and asking me for rs18950 to complete cancel the agreement they will case againt me. I refuse to give that amount they call me again and again ang threatening me and forcing me to pay the money.

I am a student of mca and for some extra and and or some extra earning i join the crossway technologies through naukri.com they ask to fill 12, 000 capture in 12 days and the rate is 2 rupees per captcha. I started the work ok but i cannot finish it on time so i have to pay a 6000 rupees as their registration fees but an advocate ramesh gupta is calling from yesterday to pay 6000 rupees and i have paid the amount it after that it is asking to pay 21980 rupees for bond cancellation which i have not signed i have paid that amount also from my fee and now he is asking to pay 30000 rupees for digital signature and he saying otherwise you have to pay 3.3 lakh rupees and come to court at maharashtra kindly help me e please i need my money back so that i can pay my fee please please help me thank you.
