I entered into a contract with Cryobank INternational to store stem cells of my Son Reyaansh Ahire (DOB[protected]. I paid the amount of Rs. 37500 (Chq no 178925 - Axis bank) debited on 2nd Feb 2016 and also an advance on Rs. 12000 (NEFT - ICICI) on 25 Sept 2015. But yet havent received any report of the stem cell storage. Tried contacting several times but with no success. I want to take legal action against them

Hi All,
Hi All, This is related to our worst experience
with Cryo Bank International which is a stem cell banking unit in
India. We registered for collection of stem cell banking by paying
Rs.10, 000. Later due to our personal
reasons we sent them a cancellation request even before the baby was
born and requested to refund the amount. Its been since June 2014 that
we have been following up with this unit to get back our hard...

The worst services, the fraud company
I have registered my wife stem cells with cryobank international on nov 2013, after 6 months that they have to collect baby samples, but more than 20 reminders calls also no reply from the company people for the sample collection.
At the time of registration they told they can add 3 references for that each reference I can get 3500, it will happen with in 6 months they told, but already 10 months over as on date no single reference added,...
