My Baby was delivered in Cocoon last year and I am still waiting for cryobanks to send me the full report which they were supposed to send within 3 months. I have been following it up with the concerned persons with no resolution. Cryobanks services are bad. They are stealing people's money in the name of safety for children....

Hi All, This is related to our worst experience with Cryo Bank International which is a stem cell banking unit in India. We registered for collection of stem cell banking by paying Rs.10, 000. Later due to our personal reasons we sent them a cancellation request even before the baby was born and requested to refund the amount. Its been since June 2014 that we have been following up with this unit to get back our hard earned money....

my baby was born on 10.10.2010,i was keen to take my baby's umbilical cord,agent was there at all the time, and he & his assistance took the same. even though i was agreed to their payment structure, and i gave them cheques accordingly but still i have not got any information, i tried their no. but finding no reply, and the agent who was present at the time of delivery has been transferred, now give me advice, what action to take...
