Data plus is the biggest network of fraud, they fraud to me by taking 6500 amounts firstly, they take 500 registration fees by the name of security and then he take 3000 amount for deposit which she says the amount will be refundable then person talk to me too much abuse on call and block my contact

A lady named zoya contacted me on 25th may 2022 from dataplus, Gujarat.
She stated that there is a data entry job in their company and there is no investment.So I accepted after that she asked me to register and she sent a mail also. While registering, I found something fishy, so I took screenshot of the terms and conditions.I have attached the terms and conditions also along with this message.In the terms and conditions only three points are there and there is nowhere mentioned about the penalty.after registration, I got a mail with agreement and in that agreement there are many points which I havent read in terms and conditions while registering.I asked that lady, she has not given reply and I mailed to the helpline and the id which I receive th agreement.
In the next day another lady contacted me, her name is kashish, she asked me about work, I said I will not do unless and until I will get the reply for my query.she said that if you want to cancel this agreement then you have to do the same procedure, how you have done for registration.I clearly stated I wont do.Then she has done allthe things and I received a mail again with agreement.Those people are full of fraudsters and I scolded them very badly and instructed them I want cancellation mail but they havent sent to me and today(7/6/22) a lawyer of them sent legal notice on whatsapp and stating that I have to pay 6500 otherwise he will make me to come court.I called him and I said I wont pay but also he is threatening me that he will make local police to come to my hometown.

Iam getting calls from different numbers, please help me out of this issue.please take it as a serious issue and no other person will suffer like me. I have attached all the proofs against the company.kindly take a action.

I got a message from data plus on freelance and asked me if am interesting in their project contact us through email where they asked me for security deposit of 50$. After depositing they assigned me a project and when i submitted my first work, they said they approved my work and will continue work with me. The payment of my first work can only be paid once i deposit security for 2nd work. When i deposit another 50$ they replied that time we will shortly assign you the work. But from that time they don't reply my mail.
I have all the proofs. Please help.
