SUSPENDED BY PRINCIPLE OF CLASS LKG STUDENT
RESPECTED SIR,
MY SON WHO STUDY IN DAV. PUBLIC SCHOOL, RANCHI IN LKG
HITED AND SUSPENDED BY PRINCIPLE WITH ALLIGATION OF HITING BADLY AND THREATEND A SAME CLASS CHILD.IS IT JUSTIFIED IF NOT THEN WHAT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN BY ME AGAINST SCHOOL MANAGMENT. MY SON STUDY IN THIS SCHOOL LAST TWO YEARS BUT THERE IS NO ANY COMPLAINT BEFORE THAT AND HIS RESULT IS ALSO GOOD . PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO.

MY SON WHO STUDY IN JASWANT MODERN SCHOOL, RAJPUR ROAD, DEHRADUN, UTTARAKHAND IN NINTH
SUSPENDED BY PRINCIPLE BEFORE EXAMINATION WITH ALLIGATION OF READING A FASHION MAGAZINE IN THE CLASS. IS IT JUSTIFIED IF NOT THEN WHAT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN BY ME AGAINST SCHOOL MANAGMENT. Refundability of Fees
Dear sir
I took admission in DAV Public School Class XI Sector 14 Gurgaon. I submitted the admission fees 43650 rupees (registration fees Rs 250+ admission fee Rs 15000+ development Fee Rs 6000 +refundable security Rs 8000 + annual charges Rs 5000 + miscellaneous charges Rs 1000 + tution fee from April to June 2009 Rs 7500+ pupils fund Rs 900) on 3 june 2009 .But due to some family circumstances i have cancelled my admission and i gave the application on 16 june 2009.But the school authorities are willing to refund only 8000 rupees i.e. the security only out of the total amount.I have the recipt copies and the photocopy of the application and the draft that I submitted.Please help me with this issue.
