Hi Team,

I recently ordered a massager online via Decathlon site, 2 days later the order status said delivered but I never received the product at all. Tried mailing the Decathlon customer care stating my issue, Ruban Selvaraj(User Happiness Officer) was interacting with me that said they will check and reply back with in 72 hours and he managed to reply back only after 7days after me asking for repeated status. In his reply he just shared the delivery details from the Decathlon delivery partner but didn't take any action regarding my case. They are not able to tell to whom the product was delivered and the person's name and contact.

I request you the kindly get my money refunded back from them.

    I had placed an order for jacket on 18th September 2021 worth 2000 rs. I received a message from decathlon that the order has been delivered on 18th September 2021, when i did not receive my order at all.
    I raised a complaint via mail on the same day... The customer care executive who replied my email suggest me to check my package with my neighbor or security guard... How ingenious of her. I really appreciated her level of commitment in solving my problem.I replied her i never received a call from the delivery boy who usually in other online delivery cases call before hand... And make sure they make the customer know where they have left the order... Be it will my neighbour or the security guard. But still I checked with neighbours and confirmed with Decathlon customer executive. I mailed them everyday for any updates but I recieved standard replies and no resolution to my query.

    On Oct 8th she replied to my email that the order has been shipped back to them due to the issue, they will be preocessing the refund for the same in the next 48 hours.

    It's been almost a month But I never recieved my refund until now.. I am only recieving standard replies but no refund. They have never initiated my refund in first place otherwise I should recieve refund initiated message.

    Neither they reverted back to me with any updates nor they contacted me as they mentioned in the standard replies will get back in touch with you in 24 hours bla bla bla

    I highly request decathlon to look into the matter and resolve my issue

      Purchase Cross Trainer Domyos 520 on 04th Oct' 2019 and after 1.5 months i'm facing sound problem while doing exercise. I register the complaint and the Service Advisor "Deepak Kumar" visit my home on 12th Dec' 2019 to check it and after spend 2-3 hours on it, the issue was not fixed and same has been updated in the Job Sheet and he told that he will raise the complaint to their head office.

      After 1 month when i ask Deepak to update about my machine, then he gave his senior number "Akshat" and that person told me that this is a new product launch my Decathlon and someone from South Side has also raise this Sound compliant. He suggest me wait some time, so if any other person raise any same complaint then they will replace our machine.

      Moreover i was continuously asking about the update from him and didn't get any final result. After Lockdown, when i try to reach "Akshat" again then that person is not picking my phone.

      Please help me to resolve my issue, as the products is still under my warranty .
