Ve vehicle is in service station in Yelahanka mandavi motors but in devanahalli toll plaza they have detected the amount rupees 110 rupees in half an hour back but how can it be possible without the vehicle entering the toll plaza how can there detect the amount

Today while I was travelling to Banglore by my car ka 51 ms 0695 I had enough balance in wallet how ever toll incharge asked me to pay by cash as their system was not reflecting. The toll do not have any issue resolution team and holding every before toll which is creating issues for other travellers and people are paying double the amount with pressure as I did

On 29th Dec 2022, I was travelling to the airport and was charged ₹105 toll through Fastag. While returning after one hour, my Fastag showed an error probably due to low balance and they charged me Rs 210 in Cash instead of ₹160 was to and fro journey the same day. Also, did not get a receipt. In total, i ended up paying ₹315. This is cheating.

On 31st July 2022 they charged Rs 210, it’s supposed to charge Rs 105 on entry and Rs55 on return..
But charged 50rs extra on return trip..

Dear sir i haven't used my vehicle still my fastag has been deducted in devanahalli toll plaza on[protected] at 14:50:41 but my car was parked in front of my house please take this seriously and help me to get back my money.

My car is linked to baroda fast tag ac lined to vechile no ka05mu9973 is been wrongly debited at devanahalli toll plaza yesterday ie; 30/12/2019 at 12.59.40 pm without my car passing the toll. And it is been charged twice. I request the authorities to verify and rectifiy the isseus and i request to refund the extra amount deducted from my fast tag account.
